Well my situation at current is a little different since I'm single with no kids. If I'm close enough to get a clean shot, he's dead. If I'm with my friends, he's dead times however many of us there are. Now if I was with my hypothetical family, I'd have to make sure they were safe first, but otherwise he's dead. I always see people saying "Well I'm not a cop or a hero." in these threads, but I don't look at it as trying to be a hero. I look at it as trying to prevent a murder. My family does come first, but if I knew that someone died and I could have most likely stopped it, that'd be a very hard pill to swallow for me personally.

My ex-wife certainly fit all those to a tee.

So let's say the debt is for medical bills for his mom and his Dad lost his job and just started working again. That's living beyond your means? People that do live beyond their means are a problem agreed, but your snippy little attitude towards someone when you don't even know the details is ****. The process server had no reason to act that way and I can promise you if any if the servers I deal with had acted like that they'd be in ****ing cuffs until I found something to charge them with.

Same here. It's great to talk about what you THINK you'd do, but most of it is just thinking. These threads remind me of when we do our disaster preparedness meetings at work. It's a room full of people with degrees, wearing expensive suits, talking about perfect scenarios. These people freak if the power goes out. I'm not saying everyone here is useless, but the truth is you put some things in place and when the bottom drops out you just take action. It's that simple.

This. Plus it's always the overbearing parents whose kids go out and do stuff like this anyway. All my friends who had super strict parents would drink, smoke weed, and screw like crazy as soon as they got a chance. My Mom talked to me about stuff, gave me guidance and let me go. Never did drugs, never got a girl pregnant, never got arrested, etc. This thread is proof some people should just never be responsible for anything larger than a ferret.

So much wrong with this it's hard to know where to start. First, she was 17, the boys were 16. 16 is age of consent in alot of states and the boys are also not old enough to be charged with statutory rape. Also, they were not raping her and they did not break in. They were let in by her. I hope to Christ that if you carry a gun you exercise better logic than you've shown here.

Stock EFI. Got a few accessory upgrades like floorboards, pegs, etc. I'm adding Vance and Hines slip ons next week and probably a Sundowner seat soon. I'm a pretty easy going rider so I should get decent mpg. I don't like dogging my stuff out. Especially something that I want to keep for awhile.
