  1. Hope so too man. I've always done alot of different stuff but I think my favorite costume thus far was the year I went as The Mummy. It was my last year trick-or-treating and my friend and I went through the whole neighborhood with pillow cases for our last year. lol We were dead by the time we got done and I don't think we ate most of the candy, took alot of it to school and shared. That was back when "Pete and Pete" was on Nickelodeon and that's what they did for their last year on the show so of course we had to emulate it lol
  2. Yea unless it's a classic or specific group you're hanging with some stuff is harder to get. I'm doing A-Team this year with some friends.
  3. Was talking about this thread today and Mars with a fellow member here. One of my favorite songs...
  4. Ok Vontar's thread about looking for a costume gave me an idea. I'm BIG on Halloween, it's got alot of good memories for me and is still my favorite time of year. So I thought it might be fun to share some Halloween stories, etc. So basically what was your favorite costume you ever did or a favorite Halloween memory? It can be from when you were a kid to now, funny, scary, mischievous, etc. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Man that's gonna be a special order item. You MAY be able to piece something together if you have the desire, but other than that I don't know. Any year I do something like that I start making it early. I actually pieced together a Capt. Jack sparrow costume before they had a commercially available one. Cost me about 150 bucks but I went all out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. If you watch anything on any Fox channel I wouldn't go Dish.
  7. Sounds like a man who's been there done that lol
  8. Just a thought, but if any of you are familiar with Hike for our Heroes I'm sure they'd be thrilled to get a donation in any amount. it goes to help Veterans that are struggling.
  9. I'm with Murgatroy in his thoughts and love of the Irish story line. Im only the 3rd generation born here in my family so I still have alot of family there. I honestly am ready for Tara to just go away. I've never liked her character. I'm curious as to where Kurt Sutter is taking all this, but I have a feeling this season is going to end with alot of unanswered questions and screaming fans. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. As someone who worked for FedEx for several years and in different capacities I can tell you straight up Fred is NOT leaving Memphis. He'd never have it as good as he does here anywhere else. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I have no personal or business problems with MSSA. I just don't shoot rifles enough to justify the membership right now. No worries, just wanted to make sure it was clear I wasn't suggesting anyone change anything because of me. If one afternoon we have a TGO lunch or something I'll be there lol
  12. I don't really care where you hold them. It wasn't a suggestion to change them for me, it was just a statement. Any other smart ass comments you want to make to me? EDIT: I have my own personal reasons as to why I don't shoot at/purchase from/train with them anymore. It's a shame because I worked there for a long time and really loved it, but all good things come to an end and I have no desire to set foot in there anymore. Even if it is just to socialize with TGO members.
  13. 100% AGAINST consolidation. I think City of Memphis needs to be pushed back to inside the 240 loop and everything else be either County or municipal governments. I have watched the city government destroy this town in my lifetime and I'll be damned if I'll vote to allow anyone inside the city have a say in what I do. I have always lived in a county area and I will always live in a county area or Bartlett, Germantown, etc. I will never live inside city limits.
  14. This. I'll drive to the TWRA range and shoot there for as often as I can afford to shoot rifles anyway. Rifles are a once in a while pleasure for me. 640 bucks for a first year buys alot of .223 is all I'm saying. And for what it's worth I'd love to meet you guys somewhere, someday, but not at Range USA.
  15. Oh yea, do this ^^^ That's definitely a great list.
  16. If I had 3,500 to spend I'd spaz! I'd definitely get an AR just because everyone needs a good 5.56/223 urban defense rifle Outside of that I'd look at a SOCOM or just a Remington 700 and a good scope.
  17. Great video! I love how we have our own "he who shall not be named."
  18. Man I was talking about 1408 to my buddy at work the other night. The only movie that could make The Carpenters f'ing scary!
  19. ^^^^This. Shop smart! Shop S-Mart.
