  1. Thought this might be fun since it's Christmas Eve-Eve. Toss up a video of your favorite Christmas song and the version you like best. This is probably my favorite "non-traditional" one since I'm not big on the "holly jolly" stuff too much. I'm a big blues fan anyway. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vSr2bMD4Q4Y
  2. Oops! My bad, I was reading it on my phone and it was kinda hard to make out.
  3. Edited for correction. Anyway, this is by far the most horrid example of bull**** laws and zero tolerance I've seen. A law against markers??? Why does this fat bitch of a teacher even know about this law?? Why did the cop transport a kid over this?? WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE????!!!!!!
  4. I thought you had to go to Tennessee Institute of Technology to work for Wikileaks Task Force anyway because the Command Liason of International Treaties required it?
  5. I think you'll like it. I actually saw it and the theater age varied from 20s to probably 60s? I talked with a gentleman who loved the original and he said he really liked this one too.
  6. Eapking is dead on. I just got back from seeing it at a Noon showing. The humor is dark, the dialogue is great, and very period specific it seems. Xring is right about JW and Jeff bridges does NOT even attempt to play JW. He's likable, but he's a grizzled, drunk bounty hunter plain and simple. Jeff plays Rooster, not Rooster plays JW. The cinematography is excellent and the movie is just well done over all. I will say this much and for those of you that have seen the original it won't be a spoiler, but just in case it is......... SPOILER: When Rooster and Lucky Ned face down at the end in this version, it's kind of scary. Barry Pepper just looks and sounds evil. I remember watching the original and hearing JW and Robert Duvall's exchange and it's just cool dialogue, like there's no chance Rooster won't win. In this one when the lines were exchanged and the music cued up I got worried for a second. I really urge you guys to separate the 69 version and this one and give it a shot. It's a really, really great western.
  7. Used them in force on force training. It's good training, because you really don't want to get him with them much.
  8. Yeah. Alot of people miss hanging blacks from trees too.
  9. I'm sorry but that is FAR from the truth. If you have two people talking there is eventually going to be a conflict of opinion. Case in point lol
  10. Apparently from today's WTF?! files... 4 Aggressive Monkeys Found at Meth Lab in Tennessee|abc24 News, Mid-South News, Entertainment, Videos, Business Search and Shopping
  11. Oh man I'll have to see if I can find that somewhere. I love Stephen Fry and Rowan Atkinson. I'm a huge fan of British comedy.
  12. I'll toss this in for me and say I get where he's coming from. A guy I used to shoot with used to joke about my "phantom safety". I've always primarily carried a 1911 and trained with it so anything else I carry will NOT have a safety. Basically I've gotten used to drawing, flipping the safety, and firing. So even without a safety I still try to disengage it. Doesn't really change anything because next I'm pulling the trigger.
  13. I do blame you for making me want a beer...and acquiring one since lol
  14. Can't think of a better example man. I've had the gun in my hand and ready to go several times from being woken up abruptly by things that go bump, or in one case *crash* *clang* SON OF A B****!, in the night, but I've never fired.
  15. I honestly have to say that is just as good as the pic. LMAO
  16. Printing has been an issue for me with the Kimber if I want to wear a tighter shirt, but then I'll just wear the Kel-Tec IWB, but mostly I can conceal my Kimber fine.
  17. This. I've never fired on anyone, but I've drawn my weapon and prepared to fire. I knew I was drawing and why, but I didn't think about it. I just did it. In addition to Jamie's posed question I'll ask this, Have you had any training beyond the HCP class? It seems to me you are implying you think you're body will make you grab your gun and shoot someone before you know what has happened. it just doesn't work that way.
