  9. I immediately thought of Rabbi's ever popular "Call of the day" threads when this guy made the following statement to me today, *he knew me from the range and we ran into each other at my other job, where I do security* he said as follows: "Yea I'm going to get an AR pretty soon and file down the firing pin to make it full-auto. It's gonna be sweet." You guys have fun with that.

    Hi all!!

    GET BACK TO WORK!
  11. Tell him The Punisher says +1!
  12. New recruits are normally assigned to the worst areas first. That is where the young, fit, and ready are needed most. That is all going to show your T.O is you can hack it as a street cop or not. Handle the violence, see the destroyed lives, and clean up the mess all while keeping your emotions in check.
  13. Alot of places do it. The technology was built for law enforcement originally, but consumer markets picked up on it to keep cashier's honest on age specific sales items. I've only had it done when I buy a M rated video game, cigarettes (when I smoked), and alcohol, or when I write a check. It doesn't bother me. I'm not trying to be snotty, but at some point everyone going to have to realize that their info is out there whether they want it to be or not, it's just a matter of how hard someone wants to get it and is it worth going to the trouble.
  14. I wouldn't give up OC. I'm not a huge fan of it, but I did see 3 guys come in to a Starbuck's today all open carrying. A Bartlett police officer walked in, nodded at them, said hello, and drank his Frappuccino. I smiled and nodded on the way out myself. I was just kinda like well 5 of us were carrying in there, but everyone only knew about 4 lol. Anyway random story aside I don't think I should give up the choice to OC or CC just to appease a legislator or the restaurant association.
  15. I ran into this problem when I visited a friend on base. You are gonna have luggage, they are not going to go through a bunch of graduate's Mom and Dad's luggage. Strap that thing on until you head to the base. Pack it in your bag unloaded, toss it in the trunk and give that dip from Homeland Security at the gate your best "Howdy Officer I'm here to see my only littlest boy graduate to fight the terrorists" smile and truck on. That being said, if that all goes wrong Punisher84 is not a lawyer and claims no responsibility if you follow said advice. You can't be court-martialed as a civilian though so at least you won't go to the brig.
