The NRA is far from perfect, I'll concede that, but you're not doing anything either. You are giving up. This country is split in half right now. Straight down the middle. You know, I understand there are rules, especially for the military, but what people do in their own homes should be their business. That reminds of seeing Bindy Irwin (Late Crocodile Hunter's daughter) and her mom Terry on TV one day. Keep in mind that is only a defense and does not exonerate you by any means. There is still debate over what "notwithstanding" means in the new laws that went into effect concerning that statute. The law can be interpreted in many ways. If the DA decided to go ahead and charge you, you'd be then using that defense to make your case to the judge and jury. It can go either way from there.
