  1. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
  2. It's just cold here. Not even freezing cold, just cold. I want snow, you guys are lucky.
  3. I'd buy a couple.
  4. NOW WE HAVE THE TRUTH!
  5. What were you doing with an 8yr old alone in the woods?
  6. You spell like a Democrat thinks. Poorly :D Congrats on the rifle Jeff. You'll love it!
  7. I have not become a benefactor yet, mainly due to the paypal thing. (Wife had her info stolen) That being said I WILL help to ensure that TGO stays around any way I can. I'll send Tungsten a friggin' money order if I need to.
  8. Remarks like those are why I love this forum LOL
  9. It's like a high school fight I guess. Beat each other to hell than everybody is still friends in the end. I feel like the little kid standing in the den watching his parents fight and screaming "It's Christmas you guys!"
  10. This is just me, but seriously guys? 9 pages of thread with moderators and long term members arguing, name calling, and doing things that would normally get people banned? I'm not even going to relay my feelings on the Blackwater matter, it's to late in the game. Really think about this though, alot of members here are under considerable amounts of stress right now and nobody likes being questioned or made to feel that their opinion doesn't count, but if you were a new member here and read this thread would you have any respect for half the people that have posted in here? Or want to continue as part of a group that discusses matters in this way? Do as you will, but from a sidelines view maybe this one has run it's course and deserves a Masterlock?
  11. Gentlemen...BRING ME THE PATRIOT CHIP!
  12. I have a Kimber Pro Carry in the aluminum alloy, and while it's been a good gun, I'd go with steel. I've seen alot of stress cracks, problems with the grip screw bushings stripping the threads, and general frame issues. Steel is just a better fit for a 1911 frame and the weight difference is not that much of an issue.
  13. I got your original meaning from it, but I could see how Db took it that way. Rangemaster tends to host alot of seminars that have nothing to do with their actual faculty, but they have guest instrustors. The thing to keep in mind is that RUSA, Rangemaster, and Top Brass all have classes that are geared towards the civilian market. That being said though, I know several LEOs who could benefit from those classes. I also know that only one of the 3 mentioned ranges has an instructor staff that is compromised of about 90% military and LE.
  14. Your mother has knife envy. That is a sharp knife though, excuse the pun. I'll have to show you my new Buck folder next time I see ya.
  15. 1911 Cocked and Locked. Yes boys and girls I do know my hammer is back.
  16. Once again, that dog don't hunt anymore. With the new laws in place, if you are not held criminally liable you cannot be held liable in civil court. The new laws even state that if a suit IS brought the person must reward you all lawyer's fees, missed work, etc. A suit can still be brought, but it was basically put in place to keep it from ever going to court because it's a lose/lose situation for anyone dumb enough to say " I was in his house and he shot me. I'd like damages please?" .
  17. I'm stealing that. "Sir, you be in my curtilage. Step back forthwith."
  18. You know that crap about him "beating" his mom was BS right? The cops let him go right after questioning and said there was no evidence to back their claim.
  19. Had a guy in the range the other day say something about not needing an AR because you couldn't hunt with it. His oldest son goes "Dad, the 2nd amendment isn't about that kind of hunting." I wanted to shake his hand

    Young Gun Owners

I always thought it silly you can be between 18 and 21 and own a handgun, but you can't buy ammo for it...
  21. LOL Glad I'm not the only one who thought that.
  22. Sorry to hear that man. Hope it all works out. I'll be praying for you.
  23. I believe it. It's not the product though, it's the idiot.
  24. That's my issue. Otherwise they are a great holster. I'm gonna disagree with Suarez's comments, because there is a difference between the finger "touch" that is required to release the Serpa lock and a finger "flip" that is used in putting your finger on the trigger.
  25. Not anymore. The state of TN passed a law that basically says if you are not legally liable, then you are not liable in a civil suit. The suit can still be brought of course, but it won't go anywhere if you are already cleared legally.
