  1. If it's posted you can be arrested on scene. If it's posted you know the owner doesn't want you carrying there and you are intentionally committing a criminal act. It is possible for you to lose your HCP by carrying in a prohibited/posted location.
  2. CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP
  3. Just because someone in power decides to infringe on a right doesn't make it less of a right.
  4. If I'm not mistaken you could lose your permit for carrying in a posted location because it could be construed as a "gun crime" not 100% sure though. Just be careful of the substantially similar stuff. I tend to be a bit more cautious. If I see signs on every entrance that say No Guns Allowed or the circle slash I'm not gonna grace that place with my presence. It's obvious what that business owner's intentions are. I don't feel like giving them my money or explaining to an anti-gun LEO or DA why I chose to carry in there.
  5. I'm glad some of our members have the omnipotent powers to verify if someone is acting in a threatening manner or just being a jackass. If he had pulled out his gun I might say you're right, but just being cautious isn't an issue.
  6. What a bunch of BS.
  7. Thanks...I uh guess lol
  8. I voted remove it just because it seems like most people forget it's there. I've always been aware of it, but honestly never think to use it.
  9. Hmm, well I suppose we could at least blame Poak for any thread drift now by saying we left him "holding the bag" as it were.
  10. Here ya go buddy...*passes the bag*
  11. *crosses fingers and toes and prays to all major and minor deities*
  12. DING DING! Round 1.
  13. I think I do because I have a Watchmen avatar lol It's ok Strick buys me pretty things LOL
  14. 44M, I find that really funny coming from the guy who is OK with an assault weapons ban. I would actually go so far to say you're right, but it's people like YOU that are the problem amongst gun owners.
  15. Average Joe summed it up pretty well. It's the "ME!" mentality of people nowadays that they don't even consider what their actions might cause another person to do in reaction. Good example is the story of the kid that pulls the toy gun on his girlfriend who is working as a cashier at a gas station. Guy pulls a gun, kid drops it. Happy ending, but think how that could have gone down over a stupid joke.
  16. HAHA I rulez at teh net.
  17. Aww. I didn't even get to respond to the underage girlfriend comment. Oh well I like my avatar
  18. I'm just curious...if we are nothing more than a bunch of weekend warriors and know-it-alls why do you want our opinion? Why did you come back? Couldn't you go play golf with the AG or the other tactical armed security guards with the shoulder patches and 5.11 packable jacket flip down id panels?
  19. Second the motion. All in favor?
