It's a great day because I spent it with a few of the people I love most in this world and it was a gorgeous day.

Not to turn this into an open VS. CC thread, but you know it is allowed here in TN and I don't think anyone should think that their way is better than the other. I personally CC 98% of the time, but I FULLY, UNWAVERINGLY support our fellow gun owners right to OC. Personally, I think the gun owners who bitch about OC do more damage to the cause than the antis do. Why? Because it divides us and a divided force cannot conquer.

I just wanted to say you all have my respect. My wife and I have our niece this weekend and have been enjoying every minute of it, but man is it work! She is 3 and is a great kid, but she is a ball of energy and I never thought I could be this worn out in my life. I wasn't this tired at the end of most days in boot camp!!! She ran us ragged through the zoo, Chuck E Cheese (which we almost didn't get to leave because her blacklight arm stamp got smudged and she wouldn't tell the lady at the door who she came with. Finally she told the lady our names lol), and swimming. It's tough work, but she's such a joy. Not ready for one of our own yet, but she certainly is a blessing. Anyway to all the full-time parents out there KUDOS TO YOU! I'm off to write my Mom an 18 year back sympathy card and soak my feet.

Mike I've used KR for awhile in my .45s. Never had an issue. I know the guy who runs it, it's pretty good stuff.

Yea you see some weird stuff. Anything in Law enforcement, firefighting, or medical care is gonna produce interesting stories. Don't know if you're familiar with Memphis area, but this is usually how my conversations go... Them -What do you do? Me- Security. Them-*dropped enthusiasm* Oh. What company? Me- Hospital campus security. Them- *slightly more enthused* Oh...which hospital? Me- The one in Raleigh. Them- *finally getting it* OH! Bet you see some weird crap. I get all the weird ER stories, plus some of the weird cop type stories lol I love it.

I've seen a few in the ER. Best by far is the guy who came waddling in crying because he was in so much pain. Yep, you guessed it, bottle up the hind end.

I read an interview awhile back where he more or less admitted to being very "sexual" and into some odd stuff. I think it was in Playboy, GQ, or Esquire. First thing I thought was auto-erotic asphyxiation. Hooker did it, it went bad, hooker ran away.

I'm starting to wonder if what was thought as a Democrat ploy, wasn't actually a Republican ploy when it comes to Speaker Williams. He seems to be doing a good job all around.

Actually my day hasn't been great so far. Came in to a crap storm because of a investigation I worked yesterday on a theft and had to deal with unhappy folks all day about that. (Sorry not my fault a phone got stolen when it was left it in plain view in a room 800 people have access to.) BUT, I get my niece tonight, we got restaurant carry, I'm off for the next 4 days, and Mike is happy so it's hard for me to be grumpy.

I predict signature on Loaded long guns so he can maybe show his "support of 2nd amendment rights" to hunters. I think he will veto or possibly allow parks,but not sign. I think he may just let it slide since his supposed big opposition to restaurant carry was that "guns and alcohol don't mix", but everyone has been pretty quiet on parks. Parks have not been a huge issue since local parks could still be off limits if voted that way.
