  1. "Okay, a simple "wrong" would've done just fine."
  2. Nah you're thinking of the purple church.
  3. AHAHAHAHAHA! I don't mind name tags. I figure everyone here that likes me will come say hi and the people that don't will just point at me, Bkelm, Suntzu, Poak, and Mike .357 and say "Hey isn't that the witty gay group and their Dad?"
  4. My first thought as well. I read his interview in this month's Playboy and he seemed like a really genuine, good natured guy. I'm gonna miss him, I thought he was funny.
  5. Just went and caught a late show. Holy crap what an awesome friggin' movie! I loved it, the theater loved it, hell we clapped at the end and cheered!
  6. That's awesome man!
  7. It happens sadly. It goes back to that saying "If you carry a gun there is always at least one gun in the fight" and if you are afraid to use it, someone else may take it that will or will use their own in that gap of time you've just filled by doing nothing, but presenting yourself as a threat to the BG.
  8. Hey you people need to get a clue OK and give these people a break because it ain't easy...being cheesy.
  9. I agree. I keep mine with a full tube, safety off, and empty chamber after it has already been dry fired. All I have to do is grab it, rack, and reckon the misdeed about to be done unto me!
  10. I had a little thought about that in particular the other day and I have come to the conclusion that the biggest danger to 2nd amendment rights...are hunters. Now let me clarify before I piss off half the forum. People that hunt and only hunt generally do not carry, and own few if any handguns. Yet, they usually belong to the NRA and say that they support the 2nd Amendment, but these are the first people to balk at legislation like park carry, restaurant carry, etc. These are also the politicians that are our greatest threat. They own a shotgun, maybe a rifle, and say they "own guns" and "support the 2nd amendment". The 2nd amendment isn't about hunting. Maybe we need to start asking our elected officials if they "hunt" or if they "carry". Just my thoughts on the matter. I hunt BTW, but I carry more.
  11. Probably. I got them all in an e-mail from my friend. Thought they were worth sharing for those who hadn't seen them. Alot of people probably don't even know who Oleg is lol
  12. I don't get the logic. We don't want guns around our kids, but we want to protect them from harm. How do you propose to do that exactly without weapons? Harsh language? People like this guy make my mind hurt. It makes me sad Sherman
  13. I got the jumbo so I can get more in there. When I had the Fatboy I carried an extra mag, gun, poncho, water bottle, etc. Bunch of little crap. Now the Colossus? THAT IS A MURSE!! You could fit a Smurf Army in that thing.
  14. I was always under the assumption it just applied to employees or security personnel anyway, but as you said who else would press the charges?
  15. OK got these in an e-mail and after some technically difficulties here they are!
  16. We used to do silly crap like log into each other's accounts, take off all their gear and put it in the bank, and fly them out to some God forsaken location and leave their main character there. Had to quit when we did it to one of our friends and he damn near had a stroke thinking his account had been hacked. Of course we did this to him right after he got his Tier whatever gear that he had raided for 6 months for.
  17. LOL thank God it really would be a purse then. "Where did I put my Glock?!!!" *digs* I keep a mini U.S atlas, a poncho, small snivel kit *first aid*, 550 cord, a 3 day food bar, some water packets from Survival Industries, extra mags, a surefire E2D with extra batteries, a lighter, matches, and usually my MP3 player and extra batteries. And of course if it's not on my hip the Kimber resides in the pouch.
  18. That's really cute man. I love dogs.
  19. The owner of an establishment could always carry, even before the new law and yes they can allow certain people to carry, but there is criteria that must be met.
  20. Ah gotcha. I figured, but I never saw Men at Work.
  21. My account is still active thank you! I pay my bills lol actually I should say my wife's account. I don't even play anymore. Hit 80 and got bored with it. I have the attention span of...hey a deer.
  22. I think your concern is genuine, but I think you just lack education about alot of things. Police procedure, legal aspects, and the mindset of carrying a gun in general. It seems you have this scenario of a mass shootout happening in your building, you tagging this guy, then wandering outside towards the police with blood on your shirt and a smoking gun dangling from your hands. Very dramatic way of putting it, but it's not gonna be like that. If you do choose to protect others they are going to notice who started firing. If a random guy walks in and pulls a gun and starts firing I highly doubt they are going to just place the blame on you after the firefight. You are also missing several important aspects of an investigation that would come out. Ballistic evidence, surveillance video from the workplace, it would get sorted out in that case. In summary though, if your fear of going to jail or being improperly accused of using your gun, don't carry, you'll hesitate and you'll get yourself or someone else killed.
  23. This is my wife's biggest hang up about her lol
