  1. Go to just about any public range. People walk away and just leave the stuff laying everywhere.
  2. Unfortunately I have a C&R license. That means ATF can come right in any time they want.
  3. Well, only 5 of us showed. But it was nice to meet each other and chat a bit. I had a good time. Hopefully we can do this again with more people.
  4. An excellent choice for older people or those who have weak hands or wrists. My wife had one and absolutely loved it.
  5. Wait until they find out that the available workforce all have I.Q.s in the single digits.
  6. Forget those little plastic toys. Get a Browning Buckmark and actually hit what you aim at. This is a target quality gun at a reasonable price.
  7. Start by checking headstamps on the cartridges. There are several good headstamp reference sites on the internet. Just do a search. If you have the original ammo cans, those markings can also help. https://cartridgecollectors.org/headstamp-codes/ Mil-surp .30-06 ammo ( M2 Ball) comes in a multitude of brands. U.S. made ammo is always preferred. The Greek HXP ammo is considered some of the best. OTOH Korean ammo is known to be corrosive. It'll work, just be sure to clean the rifle good soon after shooting.
  8. I'm wondering. Do you have a "case" gauge or a "cartridge" gauge? Possibly your gauge is for measuring empty cases before reloading.
  9. Well, all those corporations have to pay for their politicians somehow.
  10. Not all instructors are experts.
  11. Depends on who your roommates are. Some are much better than others. My oldest son shared a house with a "friend" and his wife. They finally recently moved out. Thank God!
  12. The gun was made in 2016. Yes, its a single stack.
  13. The new owner will likely divide it up, build a bunch of houses and list at $250,000 or more each.
  14. Gun is in excellent condition. Made in 2008 in Germany. Box, manual and 3 magazines. Extra set of Hogue rubber grips. Unfortunately, the night sights are dead. $600 firm. Open to trades. No shotguns, no plastic. Must be Tennessee resident, legal to buy a gun, willing to show ID and sign bill of sale.
  15. LNIB with all paperwork and 3 magazines. Made in 2016. Now $550 Open to trades. No shotguns or plastic. Must be Tennessee resident, legal to buy a gun, willing to show ID and sign bill of sale.
