Shelby County Shootout Leaves Homeowner in Jail
Sunfish replied to gun sane's topic in Handgun Carry and Self Defense
You cannot charge what you can't catch. And even a fish wouldn't have any problems if it kept its mouth shut -

HB-768 AMENDMENT 007494 *Red Flag*
Sunfish replied to AKPerformanceShop's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
Does anyone actually think that this will prevent someone from doing something that's already illegal. Our Liberty is systematically disappearing. Our private medical records will also be on a data base that's accessible by groups of people that have no business whatsoever with it. Outrageous -
Gov. Lee's actions; background checks, call for Red Flag Law
Sunfish replied to DO-TN's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
Anything that they shove up your Arse without due process should be un-constitutional but once it's in place it takes a lifetime to be heard. There is no reason in this world to think that any law will stop a determined individual from breaking it. Mentally ill people do not care about themselves so why would anyone think that they cared about them -
Phil Williams TFA/John Harris Hit Piece
Sunfish replied to Defender's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
Perhaps Mr. Williams likes it when our duly elected officials urinate down his back. He should also refrain from using the word idiots when describing people who are smarter than he is. Investigative Journalist is a title given to people who know little of reality and their articles should begin with "Once Upon A Time" -

I commend your efforts but you have Lee confused with someone who gives a sheet. -

Private has a new definition? I hope they don't mind if I don't include them in any of my business. I'm already paying for a bunch of deadbeat parasites. -

I wouldn't worry about telling a little white lie or omitting certain details. They are always going to have some Trumped up regulations that fade away or disappear only to re-appear. I'm going to have more parts in more places until further notice.

Strength training and point shooting with lasers are the solution. "We don't need no stinking braces."

The CZ82 has polygonal rifling, and they shoot very good. The grip is better for folks with long fingers or larger hands.

Knoxville Rural King Employee Killed by Shoplifter
Sunfish replied to Garufa's topic in General Chat
18 Years old. Big boy jail and consequences. The guy at the Rural King should have just waved at him he would probably still be alive -
I see that they are bonded to a lead-alloy ? core but are a Gilding jacket. Probably harder than copper hopefully not magnetic

Those Accubonds are monolithic and should be worked up from the starting load in small increments.

What Most People Who Carry Fail to Realize
Sunfish replied to crc4's topic in Handgun Carry and Self Defense
Getting away with murder and defending yourself are two very different things. California used to ask for the death penalty when more than one person was killed. When the Browns didn't get that they settled for cash that was a little slow to arrive due to a delay in Nevada -
What Most People Who Carry Fail to Realize
Sunfish replied to crc4's topic in Handgun Carry and Self Defense
Yes, they can charge you. If they knowingly do this to someone who was defending themselves, they will be committing political suicide. Civil suits without a criminal conviction will not attract a good grade of ambulance chaser. -

What Most People Who Carry Fail to Realize
Sunfish replied to crc4's topic in Handgun Carry and Self Defense
#5 on the list only happens when the shooting was deemed not to be self defense. TN Law now prevents civil action. One of our own was instrumental in this legislation -
These could help with felony arrests, but Metro will probably turn it into a traffic cash cow
