This has to be stopped hard. When the lawless mob works their way onto interstate 85 I'm very afraid the gauntlet would be the National Guard. The Governor must have been having tea with the purple hairs. You loot we shoot needs to be the State motto.

'More guns in fewer hands': US study charts rise of hardcore super owners

(The new survey conducted by public health researchers). This has do do dripping from it because they pulled it out of their arse. Second hand here say at best. Probably the same folks that track unemployment with the number of people drawing. -

If I decided to fire it I would place the butt end in an old truck tire and use a long string. Loaded with a sabot it shouldn't be to hard to pull either. It's yours -
New Assault Weapon ban in Massachusetts

The only good thing Ronald Reagan ever did was to pardon Merle Haggard when he was Governor of California. The economy was in pretty good shape then before the Clintons spent it all. -
Medical marijuana = no gun purchase

What a man or Woman does with the money that they work for is their business. The graveyard is full of people that alcohol killed and the government made money on every one of them. I do not use any illegal substance but have no problem lying to someone who has been lying to me my entire life. All men are not created equal -
My Dad passed in 2010 and it was over 10,000 nearly 11,000. My Mother just passed July 31st of this year and it was $800.00 more which is a small percentage over 6 years. Pre paying won't save you much but the piece of mind knowing that your loved ones will have one less thing to deal with is worth something. Sunfish

Don't leave a ramrod in one and touch it off. It cause's scope ring around your eyeball to the tune of 4 stiches. My Buddy's Omega was fine but when I found his ramrod and was sure he was going to be alright I giggle grinned and said dammit. His first shot missed and he got excited when he saw those horns. The deer was lucky but my buddy not so much. Sunfish

They may have used rivets because the pins kept working out. The magazine latch and the old spring is a very good starting point. -
You really have the best chance of scoring a good buck in ML. Working with your ML can pay off big along with scouting scrape lines and a day dripper.

Gun safe anchoring - what anchors to use?
Sunfish replied to batninja24601's topic in Firearms Gear and Accessories
You can use Kwik Bolts but in order to move it you will need to have them ran through some 4x4 or 6x6 runners so you can get under the safe to jack it up above the bolts. Your just slowing them down if they are determined to get into it. Hidden cameras and alarms along with keeping things out of sight is what I recommend. -

Might be lead. Hard to say without seeing it. If it's a rough place sometimes you can smooth it with some lapping compound. -
I'm seeing a few stingers around the middle area.

It appears to be a soft maple. FHA regulation trees are fast growing and was probably planted when the home was built. When the sap goes down in cold weather I would lollypop trim it and if it continued to decay or look to be diseased cut it down and start over with something different. Sunfish

Standing behind one of those is only marginally better than being in front of it. Whatever you do don't touch off one of those indoors or you will have blood running from your ears and shell shock.

Call Smith Enterprises Pete. Their in AZ. I was having a problem with my Tanker in .308 and it has ran like a top ever since. They do conversions and are very familiar with non standard guns. Sunfish

XTM My extractor seems to have been the culprit. I rubbed some of it off and it has much less resistance now. I'm not sure how hard it is on the Rockwell scale but it's up there. Thanks for the good tip. Have you ever worked on a Browning Hi Power ? That's going to be my next victim. Sunfish

Took my Ruger back apart and very lightly stoned the sear and Hammer hooks with some good natural light and 2x magnification. The creep is gone and it breaks clean. I noticed my disconnector was rough as a cobb and the trigger bow as well. I smoothed them with a little compound and put it all back together and wow what a difference. My mag release spring was super hard so I cut one coil off the spring and it's better but still pretty stiff. Need to shoot it and see if the new 24lb recoil spring helps the occasional not fully going into battery thing. Sunfish

Anybody have one for a 1911 that I could use ? I would give you a New box of 45 ammo or ? . I have a Ruger SR CMD that I want to put a hard sear in and need a jig to fit it to my hammer. I realize they are only $50 bucks or so but I need my cash for parts. There's no hurry on this because I have not bought the sear yet and only have time to mess with it on the weekend. Thanks for reading through this. Sunfish

They are hard to beat for the money. I put some Talon grips on mine. I've heard that the MOD2 has an improved trigger.

Perfecta 9mm ammo far from perfecta
Sunfish replied to TripleDigitRide's topic in Ammunition and Reloading
I agree something has changed with this ammo. My old luger ran great on the stuff until my last outing. It would not feed from round to round like it was light on charge and I had one to snap. There was a small amount of un-burnt powder Which by the way is not black it's the color of sand or clay. I'm going to run some in my Browning and see how it goes. Everybody should watch for sqibbs because the only thing worse than a busted handgun is to be hurt with one.
