  1. Congrats and keep it up... First week is usually the worst! Spend most of the time on the toilet, and going to bed at night with a void that seems it can only be filled with solid food. After the first week your body realizes its new food/energy source and adapts to it. Im not big on juicing, I use a nutriblast; however I have a juicer as well. Benefits of the juicer are a tons of nutrition in a small glass however alot of waste also. The nutri blast keeps me more "full"   ONce your done with the initial detox and cleanse stage try this mind shift " I dont want that"! It sounds dumb I know, but telling yourself u dont want soemthing vs "I cant have" something is a huge difference!! Also try to eat just natural foods. leave the stuff with wrappers alone :) If god put it on earth its prolly ok! If man made it... its probably cocaine... thats how I look at things.   Anyhow... keep it up... When your ready for fitness stuff hit me up. When Im done with my certification im looking to do prepper fitness course in the knoxville area. I see to many preppers and woodmans who dont take good enough care of themselves, So Im trying to find a way to appeal to them and help them out!   KEEP IT UP
  2. Any ideas what the best place to take the class is... Specfically female friendly.   Just want to try and keep the male bravado in check is all... Coming from Florida where we took a great class.   All input is welcome!
  3. Seems to me the damn zombies immediately into the greatest athletes ever ... craziness!!! Sure hope they are slower, dumpy-er and lazy! otherwise there ain no getting away
  4. .22 super colibri !!!
  5. I love hearing these stories! Keep them coming people "When seconds count police are minutes away"!
  6. Appreciate the insight! I work in sales... Degree is in Hospitality and tourism, however have a good bit of experience with sales So finding a job is easy. Fiance is a dental hygienist (shes already licensed in TN making this the primary destination). Really just want to get off the coast here in Florida. Fun to visit... not much fun to live here.
  7. I like the Bersa Thunder .380 Inexpensive. Blowback action. I like the trigger alot. Size it very nice. Recoil is next to nothing. For me its perfect because cost was an issue. Picked mine up used for $200 cash. They can be found pretty easily. Mine has eaten everything I stick in it too. Round nose and flat nose .380. Also runs steel cased TULA just fine also!   If I have the dough for it Id definitely run a KAHR PM380. Serious pocket pistol with reliability and a great feel.
  8. You know its funny... Things are much different down here (Pensacola Florida) Gun shows used to be the place to go to see all kinds of great firearms... and also a great place to get a DEAL on something. Now what they have seems to be way over priced, if they have anything at all. Its a damn shame. Gun shows used to be like an early Christmas for me. I had it written on the calender Id wait so long for um, wouldn't be able to sleep the night before. Now i see the billboards and just look away.   Its a dang shame
  9. Currently living in Gulf Breeze Florida (Next to Pensacola Florida) However after the house sells my fiance, son and I will all be moving on up to TN. Im so excited I can hardly contain it. I'm over the heat and humidity here. Looking forward to the cold winters... and actually having more than 2 seasons!!!   Unfortunately we will have to live in the Suburbs for the first year or so, however our plan is to purchase some land to eventually retire on! Anyone on here is who familiar with properties up there good counties to look within, I'd love to hear from you. I was warned on another forum to steer clear of New Tazewell area "we dont take to kindly to strangers" mentality... This true?   Anyhow hope to get to know some of yall. Cant wait to move... just stuck waiting on this house to sell :ugh:
  10. Seems to me that the states that will survive are have extremely cold winters, or deserts. Pretty sure its not taking into consideration the amount of armed citizens whoa re skilled hunters or ex military or LEO. Im pretty sure all those democratic states would be first to go. For example Illinois is at 20... theres no way!!! hahaha
  11. I'm no expert however I have been involved in a few different fighting styles. From boxing, to MMA, and muy thai. Im not a professsional fighter... However have sparred with those who have gone on to figh professionaly. One things I've noticed in any form of martial arts/self defense is the instructors. As many have mentioned... Some can be great and are real students of the art... some strictly preach "THEIR" way, and it winds up being incorrect or ineffective in some ways. One thing I can say for sure is to reasearch the instructor... Try a few classes here and there. However, seeki other instructors as well. Sometimes you can become more well rounded why pulling different skills from different instructors.   My expereience with Krav Maga is limited. However it is much more realistic (In my opinion) than most other martial arts. Taguth to defend against weapons, but most of all end a confrontation quickly and efficiantly. (NOT STAND UP PUSHING AND THROWING PUNCHES TILL YOUR EXHAUSTED)   Just my bit good luck
