  1. Sorry for going off topic... Back on topic it always amazes me how civilians fall apart when they hear sirens or see lights they lose all common sense. Even as a firefighter I get it too. Thanks to all the good law enforcement people out there for their service and dedication.
  2. I'm not referring to all cops as *******s, most cops are very good guys trying to help their communties, but the cop in the video has some serious issues. We get the same type of people in the fire dept., they are only in for the thrill not for the service. They never come to meetings or help around the station, they don't train, and when they get on the fire scene they take careless risks and tell everyone else what they are doing wrong. They are wreckless and careless and cause harm to themselves or others. I don't know about the police depts but this type of person doesn't make it far at all in the fire service. Celebrating catching the bad guy is great, job well done. But celebrating a kick to the face of someone who had give up is not ok.
  3. about the thug beatdown... Running from the cops is totally uncalled for and the thug should be punished acordingly. As for the douchebag that punted his face, he should also be punished accordingly. just because you are wearing a badge doesn't mean that you can do whatever you like. I have been a volunteer firefighter for 5 years now and Just like in the fire depts there are bad eggs in every group. When I am responding in my personal vehicle I don't pull out infront of people or cut people off and I generally stay below 65 mph on the highways. What separates good police and fire people from the public should be control of thoughts, emotions and judgement.
  4. i can't wait for someone to start another clan id join up i just missed the first one
  5. just started today http://jerry709.mybrute.com
  6. I work at autozone we take used oil for free without limit the only exception is if our tank is full or the oil has water, leaves or other foreign debris in it. One guy came in with about a 20 gallon storage tote with full of oil but with leaves and pine cones and water all mixed in we refused him and he poured it out all over the parking lot, luckily we got it cleaned up before someone called hazmat on us.
  7. So any of you guys have scorpions? I hate them! One night i woke up and felt something crawling across my chest so i brush it off really hard (in the dark, didn't have my night vision handy, lol) but I wasn't fast enough it stung me on my hand, it swelled pretty big and hurt. But then I had to get up and find it and KILL IT INTO A MILLION PIECES! so I could go back to sleep.
  8. shift key changes weapons lol its awesome you have a double barrel i hit 14 man its impossible

  11. heres my ebs speed feed stocks scattergun technologies side saddle, oversized safety, 2 rd mag extension I know I know, "cut that barrel off!" well not this barrel im looking for another barrel to hack off this is still a hunting gun 1st then a home defense gun.
  12. i bought a truglo 2x42 red dot scope it does good inside a 100 yds and and is really nice out past that, plus its only like 80 dollars
  13. I have another simple maybe even stupid question. I live 30 min from where i work, i routinely go to a gunshop that is only about 5 miles from where i work. i never have a gun loaded in my truck. but is it not legal to transport an unloaded and locked(in case, action, or trigger lock) in your vehicle. with ammo in a seperate locked compartment? (ie toolbox?) i don't get them out or even tell anyone i have it. i know i could get into trouble for a loaded firearm in any state of storage in my truck but how are you supposed to transport a rifle legally. i have never had any trouble before just want to make sure im doing the right thing.
  14. I found this really good video that does a great job at showing the media confusion over the tag "assault weapon" it is great to show to those who don't understand the difference.<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ysf8x477c30&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ysf8x477c30&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

  17. my Airsoft has a laser.(true) My benchmade sharpens itself My "cell phone" isn't only a phone it is a radar unit, bomb sniffer and detonator, metal detector, gps, and cloaking device, with a surefire flashlight, eotech holosight, and a vertical grip mounted to its picatinny rails.
  18. TennFarmer, Im glad to see im not the only one with a collapsable stock on a rifle length ar. lol check out my review on my CAA stock and grip in the accessories section.
  19. my stepdad said the same thing but right now thats what i have is a rifle length upper i plan on getting a short flat top one l8r even thought i think it looks just fine. IMO any adjustment you can gain is a bonus especially when its at sturdy as this stock. Tungston great answer i didn't think of that my self but as it gets colder and you layer on clothes how many of your guns just don't shoulder as smoothly as they did at home it makes sense
  20. Now for the stock. The CAA CBS(Collapsable ButtStock) is a great piece of furniture for any AR. It is designed to be a 6 position stock when used with CAA tube assembly which can be ordered with the stock as CBST but from my understanding can be used with the mil-spec or other commercials tube assemblies. Features include water proof storage for 4 CR123 batteries, and a picitinny rail for mounting either the Adjustable cheek piece or mag holder from CAA. The panels are interchangeable as best shown on CAA website www.commandarms.com . The holes in the stock are for mounting CAA quick detach sling swivels. Installation was easy considering I have never changed a stock on an AR. The CBST comes with a new spring and buffer everything was simple and straight forward. With the stock on my AR felt like a completely different gun but definitly in a good way. The rifle felt more balanced and the adjustment is very sturdy. The stock doesn't rattle or have any slack at all. With the stock fully extended it was about 2" longer than my original A2 stock. All in all a great addition to my AR. Just wanted a give you guys a no BS review heres some pics fully collapsed fully extended compared to A2 stock
  21. First lets start with the grip. The one word that describes this is incredible. I know you are thinking it is just another grip but shame on you. READ and learn. The original AR grip doesn't seem to fit anyones hands, for me my finger could wrap around the trigger and I don't even have "big" hands. With the CAA UPG16 the tip of my trigger finger lays confidently on the trigger. There are 3 back and 3 front grip inserts that are held in place by pins at the bottom. the back insert changes the distance away from the trigger ie. thicker = farther away. The front inserts don't vary in thickness very much but the finger grooves get more pronounced. installation was very simple the grip fits very snug on the lower when i installed mine i took the safety detent spring out of the grip, slid the grip on about halfway and then put the spring in just before i pushed the grip all the way on. The grip has storage inside I would trust the plug in an explosion, it is super secure, yet easy enought to get out. I would recommend this grip to anyone, it is available in black, tan and green. Heres a couple of pics front inserts rear inserts
