Thx I decided to try some down range on a tripod for a change, hard to get it zoomed close enough yet maintain a wide field of view.

Kevin A light mod would likely do the trick, probably not needed for that 28" An 18" cyl bore "might" have trouble using light loads if the steel is "way" out there.

Yes & Probably but it depends how far the steel is and your shotgun pattern.

Just grind'm into the backing material like I did my last set. LOL Nice gun you just traded for BTW.

I started on a Dillon 650 as my first reloader. I don't subscribe to the notion that one needs to start on a single stage. I don't think any of the presses are perfect and one needs to have some mechanical aptitude regardless which one you pick. I read a fair amount of bitching about the 550 priming system and I wanted auto-index so that pushed me toward a 650. People complain about the Hornady too. LOL

Well said Chandler it was a great day on the range yesterday. We have a great and growing group of people to support the club.

Thanks to Chandler for all the data entry I just put them up.

We will shoot in the rain, we will stop if there is active lightening in the area.

It was good to see some new faces at the range today. I hope everyone enjoyed the match.

In the interest of sanity and heat stroke avoidance there will be no silly tacticool vests in use tomorrow.

It will be a great day for a match, just bring water and start drinking it right away in the morning.
