  1. Guys, totally random thought... the fastest way to improve the image of our shooting community (not TGO, overall).   We need a top shooter to come out and announce he's gay.   Instant sensitivity! Acceptance! Empathy! Congratulatory calls from world leaders!   Wouldn't hurt to announce he prefers 8" barrels.   And really "hot handloads."   Loves pump actions.   Other suggestions? :taunt:
  2. And regardless of whatever he accomplishes in sports now, Collins will always be known FIRST as that "guy that likes to take it in the ass."   Stupid.
  3. Be a gay ball player, and all is well.
  4. "I HEARD THAT!!"   WTF? What happened to, "Yep," or, "I agree?"
  5. The important thing for ME is that my wife believes in Bigdick, and that I'm him.   Nothin' else really matters.
  6. Ok, Jones story.   We were playing in Wisconsin... sold out 15,000 seats... he does "He Stopped Lovin' Her Today"... I play the harmonica part, and Sue Richards does the female "ooo, ooo, ooo, ooo" thing... when he's finished, he comes over and says, "Ladies and gentlemen, Ms. Sue Richards!" Everyone applauds. Then, "And over here on the harmonica, ol' Mike Doooo-shet! Take a bow!"   And he hits me in the nuts. In front of 15,000 people.
  7. This x a quadrillion.
  8. Shouldn't they be busting granite for about 14 hours a day?
  9. Same show, another clip... playing harp, as well, on this one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=1R2F9f2Cl6Y#!

  15. I had been playing steel guitar for one month at this point in my life... I sure do miss him. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=xbiRzwfIet4
  16. Ok, here's what happened to a drummer buddy of mine. Not changing names, just not using last ones. Terry bought a S&W revolver years ago from Jack (played with George Jones back in the day). No idea how long Jack had owned it. One day, Terry decided he wanted to trade it for something else. He went to ASP in Joelton (he lives in that area). He found something he wanted, so they started the process. In a few minutes, a couple LEO come in the door, take the smith, and start asking Terry questions about where and when he got it. Not rude, just getting the necessary info. They left with the smith, and Terry had nuttin'.   Terry and Jack are both good guys. Evidently, Jack got a "deal" at one point...

  18. Congratulations! Glad all are doing well.
  19. Probably no more so than any conventional stock, I would think. Looks just like my 10-22 stock angle.
  20. Ingenuity and innovation to get around stupid legislation. Good for them. I applaud them.
  21. I was there between noon and 2. Saw several friends, but I didn't see David OR Hersh... go figure. Guess I wasn't looking up enough, lol. I did find one Ruger 10 rd 10-22 mag that I was looking for, for my granddaughter's shooting efforts.
  22. Want a second chance at that answer? ;)
