I was in VA for Cooter's Last Stand end of July, Dukes of Hazzard event. Lots of black folk sporting the stars and bars. You have to spend time with them to get it. I could never begin to speak with the eloquence about the history these men revere. Chuck, you're just plain off base. But anyone would be, without personal interactions.

That's what kept me from buying one. They now have an Envoy line for some pistols that doesn't have the twist gimmick. If they made it for my pistols, I'd be pretty excited about it...

If he doesn't care more than $50 for his own life... you're wasting a lot of energy. He's in HVAC? I'm guessing he has plenty of money. A small, all metal 9 is gonna be difficult to find.

It would seem, IMHO, that the FNH FNS series of pistols has to be the closest thing to a "perfect" pistol. The 9mm version is Glock 19 size with 17 capacity, the grip texture and angle are what they should be, they are fully ambidextrous... why is this not the most popular pistol on the planet? Or is it, and I just don't know it?

It is not a pocket gun, it is slightly larger than the XDs, and the DA pull is horrendous. We have one at Sumner Gun in Gallatin, if we're anywhere close to you, come see for yourself.

I owned one of the original models that was recalled. I remember it being one of the best feeling and shooting pistols I had. The frame started cracking, and when I sent it in, the gave me a full refund, including the tax. I'd really be interested in one again, if they have things squared away!
