  1. Man, I really wish SIG's worked for me. Just gorgeous...
  2. Don't let my wife see that. She'll buy me one out of sincere thoughtfulness and love; then I'll have to wear the dumb thing!!!
  3. Hey, it's a free country. If he wants one, he should get one. Make him a little cardboard "DORK" badge to go with it. Maybe he'll get the point.
  4. I try to give the benefit of the doubt to anyone, until they've done something to me, personally. I've never done business with him, so I have nothing good/bad to say. I do think their prices are high, but that's a personal business decision. Gun City's way high, too.
  5. TDR, if I liked any Beretta at all, that would be it. Very nice.
  6. Doubtful. Ralph doesn't take calls while guests are on. Believe me, I've tried.
  7. All the things I've read seem to suggest that the trigger is the main selling point. It's supposedly much better than the S&W? Gunblast gave it a good review.
  8. Love it... "Waitin' On Obama." Parody of Brad Paisley "Waitin' On a Woman." [ame] [/ame]
  9. I'm sorry... the last time I went to a movie, I heard "Chim chim a nee." lol... well, seems like it, anyway. What's the Douglas pic refer to?
  10. Well, I'm certainly not against keeping terrorists and guns separated... however, I'm also not so foolish as to think any law or policy can do that.
  11. http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=h111-45 Ruh, roh... </pre>
  12. Now, that is wisdom to be heeded well.
  13. bump...
  14. Of the two you mentioned, I would say Glock. The XD has a large, over heavy top side with a high bore axis. I found it more difficult on follow up shots because of it. The Glock is more balanced, with a lower bore axis. Of the ones you didn't mention, SR9 all the way.
  15. It wasn't a "strong showing." It stood no chance of losing. This was simply the playground wimp playing tough guy from his sickbed. They've had years to stand up, and did nothing. Screw 'em.
  16. Jason, could you pm me? Thanks...
  17. If I had to move anywhere...
  18. Well, now, that certainly clears up a few questions I had about him... Thank you, Mr. Wall.
  19. Well... Streisand's contract requires people that work at her venues turn their backs to her as she walks in, lest their eyes make contact with her. Bitch.
  20. Tower, with all due respect... a gentleman whose daughter used to babysit my kids worked moonlighting at one of the Mapco type places here. He took 8 rounds of .45, at point blank, and still beat the robber to death with a baseball bat. I've seen the scars myself. You may have about 6 rounds less than you need.
  21. I don't know, but I've a fair amount of experience in hacking them off...
  22. willis, so what's the diff in the regular 21 (hate) and the SF?
  23. It would be mystical if a place like that could stay in business... lol... So, how much for the Glock?
  24. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090126/ap_on_re_us/frozen_indoors That's just wrong. Here's the "murderer's" contact info... http://www.baycitymi.org/manager.htm
