Same with instruments for me, Omega. I never want one "new out of the back." It's not gonna feel or sound "right," like the floor model I tried. If it ain't right to start for ME, I don't get it.

In the firearms of your choice, the "fix" is DAO or SAO. That's pretty much it. I don't see those as "fixes."

Trigger pull? PPQ and Canik. Concealability? Glock 26, 19. Off the top of my head. I'm not awake yet.

Having owned several SIG's, I conversely see no value in them. Only because they don't shoot well for ME. They are excellent, just not my "cup o' tea." I prefer consistent trigger pull.

I have never understood the ugly comments. I don't see that. They're plain, yes, and simple, reliable, have terrific aftermarket supply, reasonably priced, low bore axis... they have a lot going for them.

How do you make a long story short? While I was still young and living at home, our divorced schoolteacher neighbor with two young boys fell for a guy from TX and moved.
