  1. It says "pistol will fire with magazine removed."
  2. I'll have to look. I thought it said capable of firing without magazine.
  3. At $260 less, I would say possibly. Maybe a Glock wounder, rather than a killer.
  4. Just dry fire. It feels great in the hand, and the trigger is really nice. Size of a G19. Sights are the bucket and ball, like a Glock, but the thinner line, like a Gen 5.
  5. Man, what a dang fine pistol! What a surprise... excellent.
  6. It is truly an Austrian FNS-9. 19 slide, 17 rounds, ambi slide lock and mag release (oops, well not quite; missed it by that much), lanyard loop, no finger grooves...
  7. Oscar Wilde: The only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about.
  8. And yet, here all you guys are talking about it. It worked.
  9. That's what I said, back on 30 September...
  10. They're back again, same lot...
  11. Mine continues to be my SR9C.
  12. People are seriously asking for those? I never hear those requests. There are so many carbine platforms that use Glock mags already, and no one I know wants a single stack 9 unless it's really on the small side.
  13. If I have to explain it.... No_0ne nailed it. Thanks.
  14. Quackenbush air guns. Still, been around 21 years.
  15. Yeah, that's what we need, a compu-Glock.
  16. Bwahahahahahahahaha! Excellent. Thanks, I needed that this morning!
  17. Of the ones that have mentioned "innovation," how many own a 1911?
  18. Now, that's funny, I don't care who you are!
  19. I do, and yes.
  20. Doubtful that any gun will overtake the popularity of the 19, certainly not in a year or two. Give others the 30+ years the 19 has had, and at that point reassess.
  21. But those guns have never obtained the popularity the 19 has.
  22. Not really. The pond with the G19 in it had only that in size and capacity until the M&P 2.0 Compact. This would be fish #3.
  23. Ruger's version of the G19 killer?
