  1. Then they're not for you. Viva la difference!
  2. That's not it at all. Read my post: "Ok, let me expound... it was Gallatin PD that lit me up. Nice fellow, liked that I had a HCP. Gave me a "discount," maybe because of that; I don't know. Anyway, it was a right turn lane off of 109 North Bypass up here that turns into Hancock Street. We were running late to school, and the traffic was really backed up at the light, so I entered the right turn lane a bit prematurely (shoulder) so I could get to the light and make the turn. He said I shouldn't do that, and gave me a $105 "reminder incentive sheet." Rats..." It was slow, and I passed all of three cars. My daughter was going to be late to school, and I thought it better for her to be on time than get a detention... which she got anyway because of my hitting the shoulder...

  4. ... that it could cost $105 to take your kid to school... if you use the shoulder to get around a mile of traffic...
  5. I had a problem a while back sending through Comcast. It was two weeks before I knew for certain that my e-mails were not going out. I contacted them and gave them 48 hours to rectify the problem, or I was going elsewhere. They admitted they couldn't fix it, so I just quit using the account and set up another. I still have that address, but it's not for anything important. I wouldn't trust them.
  6. You would think, with their revolver triggers (not the snubs), they know how to do a trigger right.
  7. Just an FYI, but Comcast offices don't use Comcast for their 'net service. They use AT&T.
  8. Another good point. My Comp-Tac paddle fits a 17, a 19, and a 36 equally.
  9. Anything that dissolves roots?
  10. Q. Where did Obama recently tell America to vacation? A. The Gulf Coast. Q. Where did Obama and his family go on vacation? A. Maine. For two days. Q. How did they get to Maine? A. They flew on Air Force One. Q. How did their dog Bo, the Portuguese water dog, get to Maine? A. On a separate smaller jet aircraft at the expense of the American taxpayer. Q. Why didn't Bo just stay at the White House for two days? A. The children would miss him too terribly much. Q. Why didn't Bo fly on Air Force One? A. Muslims won't fly with unclean animals. Dogs are considered unclean animals. Q. When will we stop the madness?
  11. Imam fears moving NYC mosque could inflame tension - Yahoo! News Why does this sound like a threat to me? And why is THAT location so important to them? If their "religion" was what was important, what difference would the location make?
  12. That makes me want to check one out again...
  13. Don't see anything...?
  14. What store?
  15. You misunderstood. I've field stripped a couple in stores since, and they were built without the mag safety. The question was, though, is the v3 trigger now standard on the newer full size models as well?
  16. To those that have replied, and have yet to, thank you. My son is currently serving.
  17. Yes, thank you. I had one, with the "version 2" trigger. It smoothed out remarkably when I removed the mag safety. I have seen some models without a mag safety at all. Does the "v3" leave it out? And is it available on the full size?
  18. And therein lies a true pearl of wisdom.
  19. And thank you for that, young man. I appreciate the kindness.
  20. Guns, politics, and religion are very passionate topics. It would be unusual if folks that held strong beliefs about one didn't have them (and feel free to express those convictions randomly) about the others. In a way, I suppose it comes with the territory.
  21. This is what the hole is for: Tactical Stock for GLOCK/Jericho Handguns
  22. Hey, don't apologize. That's great for you!
  23. More info, please?
  24. If you're a Glock guy, the Kel-Tek Sub 2000 is perfect, as it'll use the mags you have.
