  1. So they tried to show they did something without having to give up the database.
  2. Oh, I already did. Got my 30 in 2010. 15 years of doing as I please when it pleases me (or whenever she says I can).
  3. If you're still in the market, check out the AGM Rattler series. Start sub 1k for 19-25 256 resolution, 25-35 320-640 res will be over 1k. Plenty of videos on the "tube" to learn more about the market by most vendors. With the mount that comes with them, you can use it as a hand held or mount to rifle and return to zero.
  4. That's the plan I am on as well.
  5. Some Ribeyes on Friday, some BBQ/smoked leg quarters on Sat, tonight will be beef sausages, hot dogs for the kiddos and some zucchini. Them babybacks will show their face next weekend on the 4th.
  6. Better Boys and Early Girls are my go to after many years of growing. I like the heirlooms, but Bradley's especially don't like my dirt. Heirlooms are a must if you save seed. If you don't, find a good producing hybrid. More disease resistant.
  7. The frog in the pot is getting hotter. https://www.theepochtimes.com/biden-admin-negotiates-deal-to-give-who-authority-over-us-pandemic-policies_5066631.html?utm_source=partner&utm_campaign=ZeroHedge&src_src=partner&src_cmp=ZeroHedge In case the Epoch Times won't let you in...https://www.zerohedge.com/political/biden-admin-negotiates-deal-give-who-authority-over-us-pandemic-policies Anyone know any more about this ?

  8. If you feel like you really need to do something, do like I did, buy a farm. You will work harder than you ever did getting a paycheck. ALWAYS something to do or mend or fix. After a few years you'll come to appreciate the word procrastination. It's really not a bad word. There's always something to do tomorrow and nothing to do today.
  9. Exactly this. In 30 years, we didn't do a bunch of "run and gun". Focused on surviving a confrontation and getting back home. Likely a skill everyone could use. Plus one on Agape in my opinion. A little biased perhaps since I worked with Ken. He is a straight up guy.
  10. This ^^^^ That's like asking to pick you favorite child. Each has it's good and it's bad. Missing is the number one reason for reloads, regardless of capacity.

  13. YES SIR.... THIS Can I get an Amen.......
  14. Might consider Vortex Crossfire II. Likely one for you under 2 bills. American Owned, Veteran Owned, Family owned and operated. VIP warranty and good customer service.
  15. Both of these "say" they do custom. Couldn't hurt to call and see... https://muddyrivertactical.com/product/sig-sauer-365-xl-iwb-kydex-holster/ https://www.daraholsters.com/iwb/
  16. Yep, read it. It was that book that started me down the road to finally get off my keester and start getting ready for worse things to come. Haven't read the others. Spent the money on stuff for worse days.
  17. I raise blackberries, muscadines, grapes, elderberries and use them all in wine, seedless jams, syrups for colds/virus/infections, etc... These are from this mornings quick pick on my rows. All together about 3 1/2 gallons, a relative normal pick every two to three days. Had three nine to ten gallons days earlier in the season. Average between 36 and 43 gallons a season the last four years. This year will eclipse 50 I'm positive thanks to all the rain this season. Except for what the family pilfers, I freeze all of mine in 2 quart vac bags with about 1/3 cup of sugar to juice them and help preserve. When time comes to process, just take out what I need and either steam juice and can for syrup, press for wine or run thru a Squeezo for seedless jam. Takes a little investment for wine (good link above) but other than the consumable additives, will last if taken care of. Wine making is easy, most critical is having everything sterile. Plenty of recipes all over the web and most encourage trying different blends of juices. I have 5 gallons of blackberry/elderberry in carboy now along with another 5 gallon carboy of blackberry. Plenty of places to order supplies as well. I like a sweet after dinner wine so one thing to keep in mind is that the more alcohol you make, the less sweet the end product. I try to maintain a 10-12% that suits my palate, more importantly the wife's. There is some truth to the old saying... "Drunk wife, happy life". I've had good luck with this company over the years..... https://labelpeelers.com/ Steam juicers and a Squeeo can be found on the intraweb. My old aluminum 1930-40's era Squeeo came off of ebay. Better built, no plastic parts. Sqeezo makes making seedless jams a breeze. If you like jelly, the steam juicer is the bomb, in my opinion, especially for elderberry. Good luck and don't be afraid to experiment. Everyone I know has had to throw out a batch or two over the years.
  18. Especially since there is an average of 75+ people moving to Nashville area every day, mostly from New Jersey and other northern states. Hopefully they are escaping the tyranny and not part of the "turn red states blue" movement.
  19. I wish Tennessee would, but I don't see them giving up any money anytime soon. They even tax online sales from most places. Once they get their grubby little hands on your money, they hold on for dear life ( the rest of your life).

    Happy!!

FoundingFathers.JPG.jfif Happy and safe 4th to everyone here.
  21. When those rodents get into my peach and pear trees, I use whatever I get my hands on first. If the meat is ruined, the dogs eat well. If not, I get them and a cobbler or pie for dessert. I prefer the cobbler and no rodent. I don't hunt them anymore, sadly they come to me too often, but when I did hunt them I used a .410 and 6 shot. ^^^ This is good advice. I'd take it.
  22. ^^^this.....
