Welcome to TGO. I'm originally a Buckeye myself, from the NW corner, but had to do 40+ years of labor in Western NY before escaping to a free state.

Solo Stove Lite Review (and potential group buy)
Jeb48 replied to GlockSpock's topic in Survival and Preparedness
I bought a Solo Stove Campfire model a couple of years ago. I carry it in our camper with a pail of scrap wood cut small from under the table saw and supplement with sticks and such as available. It replaced a home made small portable camp fire thingy that I used for years. Bought the Solo primarily because of the smokeless gasifier feature. As it warms up and the smoke goes away it is like magic. I carry small, roughly 1" square fireplace starters, I light it and toss it in and as it catches I dump in the scrap wood. Don't use it a lot but I do like it and highly recommend. A friend has their biggest one for camping and home use. We just use ours for a small camp fire when we are sitting around not cooking. The picture was when we first got it and wanted to try it out on the porch, Could have gotten by with a pie pan upside down for heat protection. -

Looks like this one is begging for a caption. I don't think the ammo on the belt will work in what she has on her shoulder.

This is the one I bought, I liked it so much I bought a second one to keep in the room where the safe is to see the difference between in and out of safe. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H1R0K68/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 it has humidity and temperature and stores lowest and highest setting so you can see what has been going on when your not looking.

A Machine Gun Corps post in a barn near Haverskerque, 1 May 1918 is what the caption said but I don't see any machine guns.

I don't consider myself burned out but I went on a buying spree after moving to a free state three years ago and there is only a couple of guns left on my want list and I haven't found them yet. Got two on my list back in January. I did add one new one a month ago but it will be an impulse buy when I find it, if I have the cash. I do need to shoot more, no excuse, just been busy or too hot or both.

Pocket holster recomendations for Ruger LCP II
Jeb48 replied to tercel89's topic in Firearms Gear and Accessories
I use the DeSantis Super Fly on my LCP the shape looks like a wallet when it is in your pocket. The square part is Velcroed on if you want it smaller. I think I spent around $30 for mine so shop around. https://www.desantisholster.com/super-fly/
