  5. Could be, I was just taking a guess, to low resolution to see much but almost looks like a double barrel to me.
  6. Ok lesson one, this is a shotgun
  7. Great welcome. Our verification that we were not in the NE anymore (we moved from Western NY) was when we were down to close on our place. We were looking for a place to eat in the evening and I almost cut off a car with my F250. It was a double turn lane and the woman pulled up on the passenger side and motioned my wife to roll down the window. In NY we would probably have not made eye contact, but my rolled down the window intending to apologize, and the lady said, honey do you need to get over, I'll wait for you, it can be rough getting through traffic in a strange city. That and the first gun shop I stopped in and said I was just looking since we hadn't moved yet, he asked where we were moving from and he welcomed us to America. You will love East TN.
  8. I was with the same independent agent in Western NY for 46 years and was very happy with the service and flexibility. He saved me money several times, moving me around and giving me short term coverage when transferring a car. Independent was my first choice when we moved 4 years ago but when I got the paperwork to sign I actually read it and it had a clause about house being visible from a certain number of neighbors. (I wanted cars and house with the same company). I called the agent and he said that was standard with all the companies he handled. That was not the case in NY, I asked after it happened. Was worried our house is sorta visible by two neighbors in the WInter but hidden the rest of the year. At that point I called a couple of bigger companies and non had that clause and I went with Farm Bureau, been happy so far but no claims either.

  13. Dangerous hood ornament.
  14. When I was shooting a lot of Sports Clays, DIck's had good sales on shotgun shells on a regular bases but that was about all. Since I'm only getting out a few times a year instead of a few times a month to shoot shotgun, I'm still overstocked and 5+ years since I have been in Dick's.
  15. Got my gauge from S&W, took a little over a week. Mine checked ok too. If I had seen a spec on the thickness I would have just measured it.
  16. Start them early but maybe with a bit smaller gun.
  17. German soldiers and machine guns on a train in Ukraine, 1918

  21. Just Bonnie & Clyde posers but in homage to Highway Men
  22. Wife and I just finished watching. Very good, I didn't realize Bonnie and Clyde were idolized so much. Gun shop was very fun to watch. I noticed that the No Trespassing sign they shot with machine gun, when they showed it from the back later, looked like the bullets didn't go through just dented.
  23. Ready for company.
