  1. Monster Krupp K5 280mm railway gun captured by the Allies in Citavecchia, Italy - and the super weapons continue.
  2. Panhard AMD 178 Armoured Car-Rail Version
  3. MG08 mounted on special mount for anti-aircraft fire or a relaxing day at the range
  4. We had a periscope rifle post awhile back but I don't thing this one was posted.
  5. I think captions got swapped on the photos here is the barn machine gun nest
  6. Found another copy of the photo and it was labled German soldiers with a K98 Grenade Launcher, World War 1 That sounds a lot closer
  7. This is the one I bought, I liked it so much I bought a second one to keep in the room where the safe is to see the difference between in and out of safe. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H1R0K68/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 it has humidity and temperature and stores lowest and highest setting so you can see what has been going on when your not looking.

    Ruger LCP

I practice at about 10 yards, but if I don't shoot it for a few weeks I can only hit a 10" circle about 25%. If I shoot it every week I can get that up closer to 75%.
  9. A Machine Gun Corps post in a barn near Haverskerque, 1 May 1918 is what the caption said but I don't see any machine guns.
  10. I don't consider myself burned out but I went on a buying spree after moving to a free state three years ago and there is only a couple of guns left on my want list and I haven't found them yet. Got two on my list back in January. I did add one new one a month ago but it will be an impulse buy when I find it, if I have the cash. I do need to shoot more, no excuse, just been busy or too hot or both.
  11. Guidetti 1915 Launcher Manufactured in France
  12. I use the DeSantis Super Fly on my LCP the shape looks like a wallet when it is in your pocket. The square part is Velcroed on if you want it smaller. I think I spent around $30 for mine so shop around. https://www.desantisholster.com/super-fly/

    New Revolver

I have a 9mm and a .45acp revolver that take moon clips. I like them, I consider them as having light weight speed loaders. I found some soft rubber cap things that were used to protect/close the end of a tube that work as protective covers so I can carry a spare loaded moon clip in my pocket.
  14. Chicago, wonder what year and what they were staking out.
  15. A “soldadera” during the Mexican Civil War c1913
  16. A German Raupenschlepper Ost (caterpillar tractor east) pulling a 7.5 cm PaK 40 in Northern France, October 1943
  17. When you open carry you can carry a bigger gun. Jeep with M50
  18. Mark beat me too it, was just going to say something similar. I have 3 large MagLite and MagLite like flash lights (lots of smaller ones, don't we all) and they are all in wall holders by doors, two in the house and one in the camper. Big, heavy, bat like flashlights have other uses beyond putting out light. The one non MagLite puts out a real 1000 lumens, it is by the back door ready to go if needed.
  19. Cap Gun Annie
  20. I did a 2 and a 3 cell that I converted years ago when MagLite first offered the upgrade. Made them lots brighter but not as bright as the new ones at the time that were made to be LED. Battery life is great, I often replace the batteries because they have reached the best use by date before they decide to leak because I didn't run them down yet.
  21. Heavy barreled 1878 Borchardt leaning on a Grizzly, the rifle is chambered in 45-110
  22. A Young Buffalo Bill in 1871 - William Frederick Cody
  23. Hiram Maxim (left) and the Maxim gun, along with Louis Cassier and J. Bucknall Smith, c. 1895
  24. Your's looked like the main parts were made out of what car people call pot metal. Same stuff they made cap guns out of in the 50s.
