  8. Thanks, I'll add them to my list to try. I have had good luck with over the counter version of Trycera which is what the local power company uses. I started with Crossroad then the Coop pointed out that Crossbow was the same thing at about half the price. My neighbor said I should try RM 18 but I had just bought 2 gallons of Crossbow and have just about finished that so I will talk to the Coop and see what they say. It would be nice to find something that got sucked back into the root system better. Crossbow was suppose to do that but not sure how good it is in that regard, it sure does kill the foliage fast. The areas that I could mow a few times a year after the initial treatment is doing well but now I have areas that are not mowable.

  11. Not only do you have to avoid the smoke but everyone around your place has to avoid it. I would highly recommend no burning the poison ivy. I have found repeated spraying and pulling out by the roots will over time reduce the infestation. I lucked out on poison ivy at our current place but have been fighting kudzu. People keep saying to get goats but I don't want the responsibility of taking care of them. Ask at the local farm Coop for advise. They helped me on several problems, and they also have generic versions of most chemicals at a lower price.
  12. Here kitty kitty kitty
  13. Those cigs will kill you.
  14. Nice Guns
  15. Looks like a good day.
  16. I assume they are responsible for replacing, not sure about the testing beyond sniff tests and me reporting anything unusual. My tank is only 10 years old and the internet says they have a life of 20-40 years.
  17. Fun day at the range???
  18. Check who owns the tank. When we bought our place 3 years ago we were told the 500 gallon tank that was buried out back was leased. When we didn't respond quick enough after closing, took us a couple of months to move, they came out and disconnected it from the house without leaving a note or anything. We move in and wonder why the demand hot water didn't work. Luckily the heater displayed a code that I could look up online and it said no gas. Called the LP company to tell them I had a problem and they said they knew what the problem was and would be out in a couple hours to fix it. The fellow admitted when he came out that he had just disconnected the tank the week before since I hadn't paid the yearly lease bill. We use LP for backup heat to the heat pump, highly recommended in this climate, hot water and fireplace. The lease kills the price but it is a good back up. We fill up once a year in the Summer and it was $2.40/gallon last month. Yearly lease is $164. They tried to charge us another $91 minimum charge when I didn't call them soon enough for a summer fill but dropped that when I called and complained. We use 100-140 gallons/year and they said minimum was suppose to be one tank full but if I put it on automatic yearly refill they would wave that. This was the first we even heard of a minimum usage fee. They offered to sell me the tank when we first contact them, don't remember what they wanted but it might have paid off in the long run since we could shop for cheaper supplier, but now they are respresponsiblele if there is a leak.
  19. With Jess prowling around we better call out the Rangers with Winchester 1895 Saddle Ring Carbines
  20. I have this photo and the file says he was 17 when the photo was taken. He did start young.
  21. I have bought several guns at RK Gun Shows since 2015 all inside from non dealers with no background checks. One was from a fellow just walking the isles and the others had tables but were not dealers. I have talked to the outside sellers but never found anything that caught my eye, would not be afraid to buy from them. I'm also in East TN and try to always have some money tucked away for the right guns when I find them.
