  1. Decided to add GOA to the other 3 I belong to yesterday. Spread the money around.
  2. When my Sister In-Law took a handgun course in Ohio she was taught the triple tap, 2 in the chest, 1 in the head. I suggest she might want to do quad tap and put the 4th shot in the crotch. Gives the shooter something else to do with their hands.
  3. John Y. Nelson, a scout and driver of the Deadwood Stagecoach
  4. Interesting story on a gun and guns sport I never heard of. The Rimfire Report: Wingo – The Forgotten Indoor Shooting Sport https://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2020/08/10/rimfire-report-wingo-shooting/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+TheFirearmBlog+(The+Firearm+Blog)
  5. TV Highway Patrol 1955-59
  6. I am in SAF, NRA (paid up for a few more years yet then I will decide) and Tennessee Firearms Association. I probably should join GOA. I have stopped additional donations to NRA till they get their act together.
  7. Kansas HighWay Patrol
  8. German children play on a Panther converted into a bunker after the end of the war, late 1945
  9. Yea a friend and I were into making black powder and our own bombs. We were reasonably careful. We got some dynamite fuse somewhere. Great fun till some stupid older kids got hold of real dynamite and were throwing partial sticks in peoples front yards. We stopped our hobby immediately we didn't want to be blamed for what they were doing if someone caught us with our homemade bombs. I had about a quart of powder made when we retired so I powered it in a pan in the alley and had a big flash in the pan as our retirement party.
  10. Reminds of the couple going on a hike in bear country. She insisted on taking a pocket .22 for protection from a bear attack. He laughed at her. When a bear attacked she pulled out her .22 and shot her male friend in the knee and said see I told you it would save me from a bear attack and took off on a run.
  11. Another actor to ID, probably not enough of the revolver showing to identify. Something just seems wrong with a cowboy riding an Indian.
  12. Outlaw and rustler, Ned Huddleston (also known as Isom Dart)
