I road on one of those at Cedar Point in Ohio back in the mid 60s. No one I saw tried riding it upside down.

My best friend in High School had that as his motto. He said he didn't plan to live past 21. He made it through Viet Nam, 2 very bad car accidents that he shouldn't have and flip his motorcycle into a ditch doing a 360 flip. Worked as a heavy equipment operator his whole career. He died last year at 72, he choked on a piece of popcorn while watching TV in his family room by himself with his wife upstairs.

I think a neighbor years ago had one. I just remember that it was a shoulder pistol and the stock was the holster/case. I warned him not to let too many know he had it because I was pretty sure it was illegal for him to own it in NY with out a CC permit. Lost track of him over 30 years ago or I would check to see if he still has it.

Less smelly gun cleaning solvent options

Use to buy it at Walmart or a couple different gun stores but it is getting harder to find on the shelf. Last I bought I got off Amazon. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B001FT6KT0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 -

Welcome to TGO, hope you find something you like down here this time around. To TGO Members, Infinity is an old friend from before I move to TN. Great guy and instructor. Took several NRA course he taught and served on the local gun club board with him for several years.

They probably wouldn't like you shooting Susan B dollars at her either and they might work, pretty close to quarter size.

One of the reasons I bought the Ruger LCR 9mm is I already was invested in 9mm and at the time didn't want to expand into another caliber. I think it was only the 5th hand gun I had bought and 3 were .22s. I also have a Ruger LCR .22 and I thought it would be a nice companion revolver and it is. I actually keep think I should buy an LCR in .38 since I have other guns in that caliber now and it just seems like I need 3 LCRs.

I have a Ruger LCR 9mm. I like the moon clips, think of them as low profile speed loaders. I did find some soft silicon rubber caps that work well with the loaded moon clips to help keep everything contained. Actually have two different color of caps, one for defensive loads and one for range ammo.

I took an NRA defensive handgun course a few years back and could probably use a refresher. Hard to do the same kind of training by yourself. One of the sessions the two instructors walked behind us while we were shooting a series of shots yelling at us and even poking us at times to add stress. Not the same as a real situation but was certainly a lot harder concentrating.

I use G96, I like the smell and it does the cleaning and lub. I do have a water based cleaner that is almost odorless and does a great job, even better than G96 on really bad buildup. It is a store branded cleaner and I have know idea what it is. I used it before I moved and I have about half a bottle left so already wondering how I will get more. It has slight green cast. -
