Well.... I loaded the holes up with some spider killer stuff from the orange box store. There were like 5-6 of these little baddies, and I read that they will bite you if you step on their hole sometimes.... and that the bite stings real bad and can cause flu like symptoms. I've got two little ones that love to play in dirt, and the oldest things bugs are cool.... so it must die.

This happened to my wife about a week ago at Old Hickory and Hillsboro heading from Brentwood to Green Hills at night..... with my two boys in the car. They hit the window where my 6mo baby boy was in his carrier. Luckily the window was up, but it shook her up pretty good and scared my kids.   Those little bastards are just lucky I wasn't with her.

I've handled that Savage over & under.... It's horrible. It feels like a toy, and the stock is almost a youth length... Way too short for my reach.   I have a Stevens 410 / 22 that was my grandad's. It's not in the best of shape, but they can be had for around the same price as that cheap Savage in good shape.... And mine lasted at least 3 generations of young rabbit and squirrel hunting. When I get around to it, I want to take it to someone who can fix it up to safely operate again for when my son gets old enough to use it. He's 2, so I've got a while. ;)

Love mine... It's my carry gun. They have a rental at Nashville Armory, and that's what did me in. I was thinking about either XDs or M&P Shield in .40. I rented the XDs and I shot very well with it first magazine... So that did it for me.   I'd suggest you rent one so you can see for yourself.

I have an AR pistol, and I want to make it an SBR. So... I'm going with what've I've got basically.... I just am wondering what would be the best ammo for terminal ballistics with that setup. I've not got my stamp yet, so I've not converted it yet... Just wondering about ammo choices
