I ask @Grand Torino if he could do a knife for me from a farrier rasp. He asked me a few questions ( I told him I liked red) and this is the results. Yes, they are both being added to my collection from GT. Every time I get a knife from GT the photos have never done justice to the real thing. I can't wait to see these in person. No words of thanks can do justice to the quality from GT. But thank you GT. You knocked these out of the park.

My brother had a similar problem with one of his daughters. He took her cell phone for 30 days. He was "the most hated dad in America". Then when she earned it back the phone was put on his nightstand after 8 or 9pm (can't remember). He and his wife were all up in her business "ALL THE TIME". He was never afraid to pull her car, phone, whatever it took. He said his only goal at the time was to get her to graduate high school and for her to not get pregnant. He wasn't looking to be friends with her or anyone else. At times his wife would say he went too far. She graduated and is now on her way to a field in nursing. No kids. And the best thing is they have a very strong relationship. So many people being a parent means you have to be a friend or your kids will run. I disagree.

A massage/heated mat for my recliner (already put me out once this afternoon), a bunch of gun cleaning items, several guns (pics to follow later) and a certificate from my wife for a new (very large) gun safe of my choosing. The best gift this season though was getting my in-laws settled and safe in assisted living (mother in law moved from NC to TN near us) and my father in law a nursing home lined up to move him in January from NC to TN. They will now be within 10 minutes instead of 2 1/2 hours away. Been a tough few months watching their health crash around them but we are still Blessed more than we should be.

Merry Christmas everyone. I hope everyone has a wonderful time with family and friends during this celebration of Christ's birth. Give pause to what Christmas is supposed to be about and the greatest message ever told. Safe Travels, Warm Food, Warm Hearts. Remember you only have to look around to see how each of us is truly Blessed. God Bless!
