  2. Nice info I have older mak 90 I put a draganov stock on mine after I cut some more of the insides out and sanded the grip to make more comfortable also had to cut and sand to fit thinker receiver. I'll have to look to see who the importer was I don't think it was any of named.
  3. Its on gunbroker bid is $799 I just like the gun. I plan on putting in safe. Its not such a good deal, as I just like the gun. I hate to buy something that I can't see and feel.
  4. What's your opinions of factory duracoat. Does it hurt the value of gun. Is it duarable. Do you think its used to hide flaws. Looking at detonics on gunbroker. The owner says was sent back to factory for upgrades along with factory equal to a duracoat I like the flat black look. I'm dead set on combat master. I would rather buy ftf but the're kinda scarce. I don't even want to it carry just want one.
  5. This may have been discussed before. If a Sports bar post correct no carry is the owner exempted and do they have the right to allow certain ones the right to carry. I guess since its the owners decision to post it . It should be their decision to enforce it.
  6. Hope I didn't cut the size too close. I measured my belt like it said.
  7. If the aker doesn't work out I might be interested. Might be a smidge big also 38 waist ordered 42 thats what measured from center hole to end of buckle.

  9. Sometimes you can find on gunbroker to match your gun
  10. Thanks for all the imput I thought 1.5 was the way to go but started second guessing myself. I never wear dress pants if I had to I could go a different route. I think I'm going to give the aker b21 a try $40 I've wasted alot more $ on alot less if it doesn't work out. They seem to have a good reputation. Thanks again for advice
  11. I've decided on aker belt with insert. What are your thoughts on width. I know the 1 1/2 would be stronger and better but might be a little wide for some of my pants mainly shorts I wear jeans most of time in the winter. I'm afraid the extra width will make it stand out more or look more like a duty belt. The insert should help with any sag but don't know if holsters will move around more. Thanks any imput
  12. I'm a big CS45 fan have 2 How 'bout a bersa uc 45 ?
  13. Does anybody have any imput on the aker B21 ($45) or galco matrix ($25) belts ? I would like to do the budget thing because I usually carry 640 with kramer pocket holster, but have some compact 45's with holsters that I would to try osw on occasion. The aker has an insert which makes it stronger and the matrix not a true leather. I can't find much info on these but do like the aker. Some have suggested carhart or dickies would this be good enough ? Thanks for any suggestions
  14. I have two CS 45 no issues at all from either nor my sig 245
  15. Maryville Alcoa area might be an option, a little farther drive but convenient to UT. Nice twin cities just have to drive alcoa highway
  16. My second trip thru. My 1st was pure hell. Lucked out big time the 2nd. It's amazing how much comfort a pet can be at times like this. I'm blessed with a wife that doesn't care what firearms I buy and owns a sports bar and three great danes. Seriously nothing better than a bad day and one comes over to comfort you. They know trust me.
  17. I just bought a new (unused) magazine for my CS45. The shells are super tight at top of magazine. You can't hardly push out by thumb and won't slide all the way to top maybe lacks 1/16". they move fine below top shell any body have any ideas for remedy I have thre others that work fine
  18. Thanks everybody for all the leads. The trigger on my cs45 has a slight click midway thru sa pull doesn't bother me but probably needs attention
  19. yeah it not the first time 3" wasn't enough to fill the holster
  20. upon further inspection M&M and cashews may be the best route. the plastic between layers of leather might cause problems o well looked like a good idea at the time
  21. I know what you're saying the stitching doesn't serve a purpose except for looks and the length would help with concealabilty I certainly don't want to ruin a good holster
  22. I have desantis holster that fits S&W compacts 5903, 5904, 5906,5924 5926 etc I have a cs 45 it fits the holster fine but there is about an inch of unused holster because of the 3" barrel would it be possible for some one to cut off and restitch it ? without ruining it like a shoe shop. or should I just live with or sell it CS45 holsters aren't easy to find and I like this holster
  23. I live in friendsville how do i get in contact with him
