Here's mine 325pd. Actually I've yet to fire it. I bought it on a whim I'm a 45 freak also have several compacts. Its light very light but kinda grows in size when you put it on your hip. I tend to agree with Davetn A S&W 640 is usually my choice out the door but do love all my 45's BTW When I do get around to shooting it I have some nice soft hogues to start off with instead of the wood ahrends

I vote keep what you have but if you decide not to, don't rule out a duramax. Mine 2500 has got 260,000 miles on it. It was orginally my company vehicle Got it with 17,000 and drove back and forth to cookeville dailey (204 miles round trip) Rides and drives as nice as anything I've driven. Its a 4 door long bed so it is a pain for city parking but a reg bed woud cure that and yes maintenance can be pricey. I love it but like you I never drive it matter of fact I went out to just drive it and the batteries were down. Keeping what you have looks better all the time.

Thoughts and prayers out to you I wish today's technology could make better progress on this disease I also have lost 2 grandfathers and a cousin that was like a brother to this terrible disease

Its been a terrible roller coaster. We talk to the vet thurs had some complications wouldn't eat more fluid on lungs. Pretty much hopeing we had done the right thing. I want to mention again That this not about me or my wife but about Sadie she is special little girl not taking away from my others but's she a trooper and almost human. Anyway we were going to let it go over night and make a decision. Got the call friday sadie is looking much better and positive we went to ICU and saw her really looked better than I expected still had the IV 's alll over her but they had removed the tubes from her lungs. She seemed fairly alert and glad to us. Everybody at UT was pleased with her progress. Friday nite red blood count dropped and had a seisure, The vets think possably due to all the medications . So they backed of some of the meds and yesterday her blood count stablized and we got her to eat some peanut butter. We just got the call this morning she is doing much better she ate some regular food some more peanut butter and drank some water. She alert watching things and very positive and watching the door like ready to go home. As one vet said "she's a fighter" We're having a difficult time with the decision process. I don't want her to suffer but also to give her a chance to enjoy life They said she maybe able to come tues or wed. The house is sure empty without her she's the only one that gets to sleep with us at the foot of the bed "wisdom and seniorty" Thanks for checking on her and I know we've all had to go thru this but it doesn't make it any easier.

Sadie is out of surgery The mass was lymphoma and was removed she is clean as of now but will return and recommending chemo. She is only 4 and they seem to think she a good candidate. She still has alot fluid on her lungs and will have to stay ICU for few more days. I went thru chemo with another dane and it was rough. The vets seem to think Sadie will respond well. I hope We are making the right decision. So far everything has been with her Quality of life in mind and I don't want deprive her out of any good remaining life but don't want her to suffer. I've never been a chemo fan for humans or pets. Thanks everybody for thoughts, prayers and support it has meant alot. I'm thankful for a strong wife because I'm willing to admit I'm all to pieces.

Sadie is scheduled for a CT scan and then surgery this morning. She has not eaten suince sunday. The vets aren't createing any sense of false hope . The mass is leaking but there is a chance she can be saved and she isn't in any pain. We have been thru the cancer with one and not sure I would do again. Right now as long as there is chance and she 's in no pain I want to go on regardless of $$. I have less valuable things I can get rid of. She can't be replaced at any cost.

My sadie has been in ICU at the UT vet since sunday. She woke up sunday yelped a couple of times and and shaking along with other issues as right now we know she has a mass against here heart but not sure if thats the whole problem or not. There are several other issues so they are not sure which way to go. Suppose to find out more tomorrow. At this point they don't seem to think cancer but not sure alot of other issues but I won't go into them I'm trying to keep a positive attitude but not handling this very well. Sure miss having her at home as do the others she has been the sweetest dane that I've owned. sorry to post this but kinda lost right now.

I'm not saying its the best . Too many options and opinions out there. This what I chose for my 640 and am very pleased with it . Seems to be good quality ,reasonably priced and works well for me. Concealco has personal touch willing to adapt to your personal needs "CTC in my case". I would buy a second one from them if need arises. Again alot of options depends of what you want. I got some kind of personal defense dvd about a month ago, pretty much said pay for it if I wanted to keep it or return if I didn't want it, but keep the commerative gold coin "plastic" whhoppee. I didn't request it but sent it back because I didn't want them sending more crap I did highlight send nothing else. I also thought if you didn't request anything in the mail you didn't have to send it back.

I also have a liberty But I am looking for a smaller unique "not too small" safe that can be more securely hidden, without having to have 3-4 men to move it around.I don't want to give up security for size.

Same here I check the news every morning for latest pharmacy hit or home invasion usually "friends Fight over pill sends two Morristown men to hospital

What would your recommendation be, as far as brand. Its a shame I'm 200 miles away. Looking for secondary "Moderate size" safe that I'm trying not to make so obvious.

This months Guns & Ammo magazine has an article about it. Looks to be 4-5 pages . I just got it and haven't read it yet. I wish I could talk my wife into wanting one.
-
Thants a little scary, I have a liberty but after looking at some of the other videos it makes you think I still lean toward going the "out of sight out of mind" route

+1 They screwed us and kansas Here's what the real refs have to say SEC official reacts to call that sent Music City Bowl into overtime | wbir.com

I'm looking for a second one also, but this time I want one that is fireproof and that I'm able to hide. My biggest fear is me or wife being forced to open one. We have 3 great danes and house is well armed but.I had a gun to my head as a youth "wrong place wrong time" and best I remember pretty much willing to do anything that was asked of me. Any way I'd like to be able to have secure one that was welll hidden. Maybe fake wall or something

This works for me also and I have issues with my left hand

Between our game and the kansas/syracuse game starting to look more like wrestling instead of football as far as rules go

"If you opt for Key West, look into staying at the Truman Annex. It is about two blocks off Duvall and has parking which is a premium in Key West" agree with duckhunteresg +1 truman annex gated after dark beautiful and private most everything is walking distance. We don't get a rental car anymore. Just catch a cab and walk every where. Parking and rental car is waste of money. "IMO again depending what you want to do" Just a few of the options in key west Craig & Cindy's Truman Annex Shipyard Condos Search Results for Key West Vacation Rentals from Compass Realty, Truman Annex Key West FL also some bed & breakfast available
