I’m certain that this has been covered before but I can’t find where. My daughter wants to graduate to her own handgun and knows which one she wants but I’ve searched high and low and can’t find a clear answer anywhere what the minimum age to purchase and possess is. If anyone knows or can point me to a web page that spells it out that would be great.
