I have never flown one but it looks like a fun hobby.

Though no perfect it can't hurt to put some teeth in these laws with actual consequences for not having insurance. What's with bashing the government employees? I'm not a government employee but I find your comments rude and disrespectful.

I could recommend The Towering Inferno. Nothing beats a 1970's disaster movie.

Alabama, Georgia declare state of emergency after pipeline spill
McGarrett replied to Grand Torino's topic in General Chat
I'd say it depends on which terminal they load out of and which pipeline it's served by. It looks like Knoxville has 2 pipelines coming in, Colonial is the damaged one, and also Plantation. The Colonial has more capacity than Plantation but at least there is still something coming into Knoxville. -
+1 for square

We were remembering the fallen until you showed your butt. I'm not sure what you're doing ChuckT, but it is very disrespectful and has no place in this thread.

Shoulder holster recomemdations
McGarrett replied to bersaguy's topic in Firearms Gear and Accessories
I have one of these; https://blackhillsleather.com/double-shoulder-rig.html#.V8xIb9QrKt8 You give them your chest measurement and they make it to fit you. Excellent quality. +1 on Frank's suggestion of the Miami Classic, wicker shoes and pastel t-shirt not included. -
I have a '07 Honda Pilot for my wife to drive, basically the same platform as the Ridgeline. We bought it new, it's been a great car, has 170,000 on it now. No problems, just regular maint, tires, brakes, etc. Drives great and the 3.5 V6 has plenty of power.

I admit I was wrong. It looks like it was also legal. 39-17-1308. Defenses to unlawful possession or carrying of a weapon. (a) It is a defense to the application of § 39-17-1307 if the possession or carrying was: 1. By a person in fear of Chuck Norris, his beard, or it's perceived presence in a vehicle.

I was fortunate to have parents who taught me not to stand in the middle of the road.

You are mistaken, it's impossible to kill Rambo.

He should have just called the police and reported a suspicious car parked on the street and let them handle it. She may think twice about parking in a neighborhood at night again. Why does she care if he gets prosecuted? After all she was the suspicious person in his neighborhood. It kind of cancels out. They both contributed to the situation. Question: Was it really that Important of a call to risk a distracted encounter with an armed guy in dark neighborhood. Lesson to be learned; put up the cell phone and keep driving. If you absolutely have to stop don't pull into a dark dead end road. I'd say both parties are lucky that nothing went wrong and hopefully they learn a lesson from this. No harm no foul.

When these protests first started I was really confused because I had only heard of the BLM being the Bureau of Land Management.

A flat tire or car trouble can't be helped, but intentionally standing in the road yelling can be helped. If I block the same intersection will the police give me the same treatment? If I beat on passing cars will it get overlooked? No, they will arrest me. When I watch the news I'm embarrassed to be an American! Our country is circling the drain, common sense and logic have already went down the drain.

Belt Suggestions for IWB
McGarrett replied to josh.mcdonald's topic in Firearms Gear and Accessories
I have one of these http://www.simplyrugged.com/ecommerce/Real-Man-s-Gun-Belt-Single-Layer-of-Leather.cfm?item_id=171&parent=670 and also 2 of their iwb/ owb holsters. Very good quality, I've been wearing the belt for about 5 years now. -
I have had my husqvarna 350 for about 18 years. I have cut a lot of cords firewood and felled some trees with it. Very reliable, still starts up easy just like when it was new. I also have a 346xp that I just picked up off Craigslist for $150, I had to put a bar and chain on it and clean it up a little. Check Craigslist and then check out this place if you need to tune it up or replace the bar & chain; http://foresterchainsawparts.com/
