  1. Don't be scared to post the scores! It's not my fault you let me win with the wheel gun. And yes last night was awesome fun! 7 stages and 90 rounds, well worth the price of admission
  2. I've got extra, but there L frame.
  3. Bring your wheel gun!
  4. Come and shoot some cardboard. We will have 5, 6 or even 7 great stages, rain or shine. Be there by 12:00 going hot by 12:30. 150 rds should do it but probably only 100, the more the better. New shooters are always welcome. Should be a nice! Sunday, keep your fingers crossed, see you there. Walden Ridge Shooting Range 1862 16th Model Rd Manchester,Tn 37355 Members $10 Nonmember $15 This is an IDPA event so concealment is needed. New shooters ( to the sport ) do not apply on concealment. You'll need 3 magazines ( 2 will work ) and some good holsters.
  5. Me and the wheel gun are going to make a showing! A good laugh at no extra charge.
  6. It's hard to bottom feed a wheel gun, but I'm sure you can make it happen.
  7. That's good, now I can get reclassified in REV!
  8. It's included in the match fee.
  9. Your not done yet! It's not black.
  10. That's cause your a squib!
  11. Itchy your too kind. Luke you crack me up, it is what it is. I just wish they would leave it alone for longer than 6 months. The sport is a whack job and a laughing stock right now and I believe it is to be blamed on the management. Do this, don't do this........ this weekend! Well we're thinking of changing this, that and the other cause we're not sure about it so let's try it. STOP!!!! As I've said before IDPA is a lot like Tennessee weather, if you don't like it, hang out it will change. As far as the scored hits increase, WHY! New shooters are new shooters, seasoned are seasoned so I don't think it's going to effect the overall because it's the same just not cut in half. I think it's time for everybody to put there big boy pants on and put the work in to get better and stop blaming everyone else for there poor shooting skills. Get off your a$$ and go get better. Or not it's up to them.
  12. Looks like it's a go. IDPA Board issues change to Point Down penalty IDPA Last week at the World Championship awards banquet, I announced that the IDPA Board of Directors has elected to increase the Point Down penalty from a half second to 1 second. The BoD is comprised of two MA shooters (both Founders of the sport) and one EX with a combined total of more than 57 years of IDPA experience. This decision was made to keep the sport aligned with the founder's intent of valuing accuracy over speed. As concealed carry holders, which many of our members are, we are responsible for every round that leaves our gun, and IDPA needs to reflect that in our practices. I met with some of the Area Coordinators recently to share this information and the feedback received from them was very positive. There is no hard timetable for this change. Classification scores and other areas will need to reflect the change, and we are already working with some of our scoring vendors on this change. More information will be available as the work progresses and we will make updates on this via the Tactical Journal and Tactical Brief.
  13. Thanks to all that helped out today. Scores:https://practiscore.com/results/eb0780e6-204c-4344-bf11-e854c4f159f2/overall-combinedrank
  14. Well your not going to be happy with the stages! But you'll improve your weak hand gun Fu for sure.
  15. It's going to be 102 on round count for Sunday. I've got 6 stages drawn up with a little bit of everything, going to be a very nice weekend so come on out.
  16. It's to close to Oklahoma for me. I'm out!
  17. Joe your weak hand gun Fu was awesome last night!
  18. Yup Manchester Sunday, come try us out! Be there by 12:00 and bring your gear, not much fun watching.
  19. Don't be scared
  20. That's coming too, latter in the year.
  21. Well I'm going to see if can count past 9! I'll be there.
  22. Come and shoot some cardboard. Looks like there letting me run the show this time, we will have 5, 6 or even 7 great stages, rain or shine. Be there by 12:00 going hot by 12:30. 150 rds should do it but probably only 100, the more the better. New shooters are always welcome. Should be a nice! 23. It's the same but different! LOL
  24. Well if there going to do that then PE's need to be 6 seconds and NT need to be 10 seconds. A 3 score on a target and a PE being the same penalty means more speed reloads done, (bullets in dropped magazine). A stage shot zero down with a speed reload will be done faster than a emergency reload or reload with retention in most cases. I don't think it's going to slow or speed up overall stage times, because it's the same score just not divided by half.
