Your not going to get an argument out of me on this at all. As soon as they come across the border without a Green card or work Visa they are automatically a criminal that has broken a law in this country and should have no Constitional protection what so ever. That is exactly why the first thing they do is run yowards any sanctuary city or state they can get to because they know they will be protected. I really wish that all of the illegal Imigrants in this country would flow like an Exodus of Biblical Proportion to California including all of the gang members of MS13 and then the Federal Government needs to cut all Federal Funding to California. Put every extra federal agent they have on the state line between California and any state that borders California and arrest every illegal Imigrant that tries to leave when the food runs out. Lets see how bad California really wants to be a Sanctuary State? It will also set an example to any of these other so called Sanctuary Wannabe's both cities and states. If all the states would cut all Freebees to them and stop feeding them and stop all the healthcare they might get an incentive to go back home. Maybe if they don't object to your post they probably will mine JAB. I don't believe in any type of program that gives them an incentive to remain here and that includes DACA!! My Children and my Grandchildren come first!!!!!

I don't know if I would completely believe that the LEO didn't know how that works and I would be willing to bet it does not get destroyed in 30 days. If I was the guy that found it and did not want to keep it and could not find original owner I would wait till police had another gun buy back program and just turn it in and get what ever they are giving for guns. Might as well get something for finding it..........JMHO

I would guess that being able to depend on it to go bang every time you pull the trigger and being any where near accurate would trump how ugly they are............JMHO

I agre with you JAB, but until we can get a Supreme Court that will do their job it won't happen. The Supreme court was the one that ruled back in 1973 that making convicts work was against the law because there punishment was being locked up and to make them work while locked up was against the law and soon there was no more stripes and the got Cable TV, A/C in their cells and top of the line medical attention all paid for by the taxpayers. It's no wonder criminals get out and turn right back around and break the law to get back in Prison. The are not prisons but Resorts.........................

I'm beginning to wonder about the legal system you speak of. The Perp broke the law 6 times by coming here illegally. Then kills a young lady and the legal system charges him with 3 different death related charges which any one of them would have possibly got him life in prison but the only charge that stuck was a weapons possessions charge, more or less a smack on the wrist. Where is the legal system involved for Kate Steinle at all? Where is the legal system for her family? She had a legal right to life, liberty and persuit of happiness and that was taken from her by a felon illegal Imigrant. She was taken from her family illegally. So where is there any real legal system you speak of?

China is the only plan as of right now. It all rests on their shoulders and the whole world is watching to see what China does. I don't see us striking first. Our top level military people and our scientists can pretty much tell how close he is to having what he is seeking. Oh and there is one more option, slim but still on the table and that would be an uprising with in his own country to remove him and his cronies from power by his own people before he gets them all killed. I posted earlier in the thread about poachers and trespassers on my sons land. Well after the game warden saw the pictures on the trail cams and knew who 2 of them were he went to have a talk with them. The first one said he was not on my sons land and that just made the game warden mad cause the guy lied to him so he stuffed him in his truck in cuffs and went and visited the second guy and he also denied being on the land and denied shooting any deer when they were dragging a doe in two of the pictures. The game warden had the camera and showed them the pictures. Then he said he wanted to see their hunting licenses. Neither one of them had one and yet they had a doe. He radioed for back up and took both of them to jail over in Cheatham county jail. They went up in front of the judge and the judge gave them both 30 days in jail and stern warning that if they were caught poaching or trespassing again the sentence would be 11/29. So I guess they won't be doing much hunting any time soon but I told my son and grand son to be on their toes for a while after these guys get out. I don't know any of them but if the game warden does thats a pretty good indication they don't pay much attention to laws.

Do you honestly think he is thinking that far a ahead? it could be an out of control rocket, a glich in one that goes array. He has been shooting them over Japan so what happens if one misses up and hits Japan? In all honesty I don't think he really cares where the damn things land. I think I agree with you leroy. I honestly think if China cuts the strings with NK the country would whither away like grapes on a vine due to lack of water. I think China wishes it was not the deal maker or breaker in this mess but they for the most part are. On one hand they have a country that is their neighbor that they have been helping keep afloat with a crazy radical leader that even kills his own relatives to stay in power and on the other hand they have all of the American businesses which they could very possibly begin to pull out and at that point NK would become a real burden on them with less money coming in to support their own people. Would not be a tough decision on my part but then I don't think like they do in China either.........JMHO

I guess mostly because there are still civilians alive in NK cause if they were having to make all the components it takes to build one the first place he will go to get money is starve the civilians. Well, Darby day 3. All is well and things are moving right along. She had pedigree small chunks mixed with a pack of soft pedigree food and she woofed it down right quick, clean bowl in about 2 minutes. I made myself a pot roast today with Mashed potatoes and made some gravy. When plate was full I went into livng room cause I eat on a TV stand. Right beside my stand was a pair of eyes watching every bite I took. I looked down at her sitting watching me and I said don't worry, your gonna get to lick the plate so she lays down and waits right there. I left just a few potatoes and gravy and about 6 small bites of beef on the plate. Below is the results after supper"s.

I agree that dogs can make a better person out of some one but first that some one must appreciate that unconditional love that a dog has for his partner and there are many folks that don't realize that. I still have not given up on mankind and Over the past several years I have watched our youth as they are growing up and in many cases where trouble and riots are involved it is older people that should be setting good examples that are the ones causing the trouble and getting the younger people involved in it............JMHO

Well, I have heard people say Rocketman is crazy and totally unstable and then I have read where people say that he is not crazy but just very cunning and playing with the United States. Then there are people on the fence that are't sure whether he is nuts or not. I'm still wondering where he is getting all of the ICBM's he is throwing into the oceans and making Trump hate him everytime he does it. Some country has got to be supplying them cause with all the sanctions placed on him already he can't be buying the damn things!!!..............JMHO

I think gun grabbers lay awake at night trying to think of more ways to get around the Constition than they do trying to sleep. Thing is people want something legalized so bad that they don't think about what might be the down side once they get what they want..............JMHO
