  1. This. They may be piggy backing with NRA because it was after I renewed with them when it happened. Oh well stupid is as stupid does and I guess I was stupid this round.............
  2. I won't say I didn't do it because I could have but for me to not stub it in my check register would be a 1 in 10,000 impossibility. I have had this checking account 21 years and I check it every day to balance it and on the 21st I renewed my NRA and on the 26th I joined GOA and they are both stubbed and according to my bank I did this on 3/25 but it is not stubbed. I am not going to say I didn't donate the 5 bucks but when it comes to any type of Pro Gun support I would give more than 5 bucks..........
  3. But I never activated my account because I wanted to know more about them before joining and I did not click on anything that said donate. How they got my bank code and bankcard is beyond me????
  4. Ok, I got this 2 days ago in my email: FPC Support <support@firearmspolicy.org> Mar 25 (2 days ago) to me Friend -- Thank you for joining Firearms Policy Coalition. Click here to activate your account. FPC Support http://www.firearmspolicy.org/ Donate Today Paid for by the Firearms Policy Coalition. Not Authorized By Any Candidate Or Candidate's Committee. (www.firearmspolicy.org/) This email was sent to drichards.sr@gmail.com. Privacy Policy
  5. Hope I didn't screw anything up!!!! The only thing I joined over the weekend was renewed my NRA membership, Joined the GOA and looking at joining the TFA but have not done that yet.
  6. I use a debit card to make any donations and each tiime I stub it just like a check and I went back to check my bank register for my checking account and they are not listed in it. Besides that I would have donated more than $5.00 if it was something we plan to support. Why would it be listed as a Nevada organization if they are located in Sacramento? No where on their Cache does it mention Scaramento but does mention everything about Nevada and gives a Las Vegas address?????
  7. No David, I did not donate to them but they withdrew $5.00 from my bank account. Are they someone we support or want to support?
  8. WWW.FIREARMSPCA and they withdrew $5.00 from my account without my authorization. I went and found this : Donate | Nevada Firearms PAC www.nvfacpac.org/donate/ Cached Donate. Thank you for your support of the Nevada Firearms PAC and our 2nd Amendment Rights. Please consider joining our Caliber Club by clicking here to make a monthly donation to help us defend our right to bear arms. I called my bank and they will be putting the $5.00 back in my account tomorrow and will be blocking any future attempts by this outfit to tap my bank account. My bank person also told me that the home base to this outfit appears to be located in Sacramento California. Ya'll may want to check your accounts because most folks might not pay much attention to a $5.00 withdrawl but if they do it one time and don't get caught they will continue to do it until they get caught. The next withdraw might be for a lot more than $5.00.............T
  9. I'm going to if this actually happens!!!
  10. I'm sure glad in the first sentence of the second paragraph they made it clear that he was the liberials leader while on the court. If they are going to start removing the Bill of rights let them start with the 1st amendment and that will shut him up. I myself would like to know how many of those kids in DC marching were of or near voting age? I would also like to know how many homes of those kids in the march had guns in the homes they live in?.................JMHO
  11. Dear Douglas, On behalf of everyone here at NRA, thank you for joining NRA and making our online March for Freedom a HUGE success! Thanks to you and thousands of freedom-loving patriots across our great nation, we welcomed 28,644 NEW NRA members into our ranks in just the past week alone! Please know that I am honored and grateful to have you fighting with me and NRA! Sincerely,
  12. Back when I was hunting small game, Rabbits, quail etc etc I carried a Winchester model 12 in 20 gauge. It was a great pump gun and was not as heavy as many pump guns but finding one to buy today maybe be a chore since they discontinued making the Model 12 Winchesters in 1965 when they went to the 1200 series..........JMHO
  13. I agree that all 2nd Amendment gun owning people need to begin to have a lot more voice in what is going on right now. I beieve we should have began back years ago building a coalition for events just like these. For all to many years we fed funds to the NRA because they were the mouth piece for the gun owners and for years they were there to fight the 2nd Amendment fights in the courts. It appears that the NRA of today is not the NRA of 20 years ago. Yesterday it was mentioned that there are other groups out there that are also 2nd Amendment supporters that might need to be approached and have a talk with and learn what their goals are. I also realize that the time to be fighting and discussing the 2nd Amendment rights and gun rights of gun owners is not the day after a madman has just shot up a school, a church, a theater or a mall. That is when the anti-gun anti 2nd Amendment people have their time. That is when the left main stream media is giving it's full support behind all of the anti - groups and probably rightly so because in most cases many people have lost their lives or have been wounded and family members are suffering. We need to pick and choose our time carefully as to when were are going to put on our displays of Pro-2nd Amendment gun owner rights. Thing right now is just about the time gets close to right for us another maniac goes on a shooting spree and the anti-movement is given more ammuntition for their protests. My question now is if we get an opening with no crazies doing anything stupid what would be a positive first move we need to make to get our side started? I know voting is one but elections don't come often enough and we need something we can keep working on everyday in some form. I have been writing all my elected officials but they are droping like flies and changing jobs so keeping up with them has become an issue. I wrote the NRA yesterday but I would also like to see more links to other organizations to look at and research and possibly join and send them my support it would be appreciated.
  14. The Clarksville I remember last trip through was anything but beautiful. I mean it was not like a little pig pen or anything and yea you can find something beautiful in any town if you look hard enough but just an over all view Clarksville ain't it................JMHO
  15. Thats exactly why I avoid all parts of social media. It is nothing more than one big gossip community like all the tabloids at check out in Krogers!!!!
  16. The appearence of the security guard could have also altered his escape plans not knowing if there was more of them and were they armed........Just a thought!!
  17. I would also but odds are we won't hear or get a thank you for your donations or anything else. If we do it will be a shock. Maybe it will spark Chris and Wayne to realize we are watching them and their actions and expecting more in our favor from the NRA than we have been seeing recently. It might even been good to sit down and write them about a million letters expressing out dissappointment in their actions recently and tel them we want to see more support for our donations.........JMHO
  18. I just signed up my 12 year old Grandson and his 23 year old brother with 2 year memberships. I call them both and told them what I was going to do and they both said great and I ask each of them which magazine they wanted to receive. I think they will both receive a duffle bag also but not sure............
  19. Yep and they are all up there in DC for three things! Money, Power and Control. Doing something for the people that elected is a NO NO unless they will make money off of it, Get more power from it and have complete control of it. I look for it to get a whole lot worse before it gets better because the present group of Millinums have an exact Zero clue on what their doing and right now they seem to be gaining control and power quick! I am glad I am old and maybe I won't be alive when they finally destroy the Country I love............JMHO
  20. I'm sure glad he didn't get that door kicked in with all those police officers out side the door cause the guy with the deer rifle in the house probably would have got arrested. Charged with over-kill of a bad guy. Charged him with using to big a gun to protect his home and himself from harm!!!
  21. I never thought they were!!! I have always thought they were in it for their own personal gains but I could be mistaken.................
  22. The 2 key sentences in this post is: " The hard part is the government systems that do not talk to each other." Part of the problems is the lack of data in these databases. These two issues right here could have prevented the school shooting in Florida but because of these 2 sentences the shooter was able to carry it out. The Anti-gun people want to blame to in-animated (GUN) for their failure to their own systems not working! I was under the impression that the Department of Homeland Security was developed and put into action to correct this exact problem and get these Alphabet Federal Departments Communicating but I have not seen the Department of Homeland Security do squat to correct this problem and because of their inability to do their job it always comes back to the in-animated object (GUN) is at fault.....................JMHO
  23. If that is their goal it is going to be an almost impossible task to get done. That would require one HELL of an honor system if they think every time someone wants to sell a gun to another local person it would mean they would both have to make a trip to an FF dealer, pay FFL fees and back ground check fees. I just don't see that happening. I can kind of understand the closing the loop hole at gun shows on parking lot sales. The seller has no clue if he is selling a gun to a wanted felon where in a local FTF a seller can require ID, HCP, and bill of sale that is not done at Gun Show parking lot sales. Thing is if a wanted dangerous felon wants a gun they will get one some how some way. I just don't see the anti-gun people getting that type of background check passed..................JMHO
  24. You have a point but if I am wanting to buy a gun that will require a credit card I am the type that will wait till a used one comes up for sale and do a FTF or buy one in state that can be shipped and pay cash. I will just put the cash back until I have enough to buy said gun. I do realize that what the seller does with the money I have no control over but I have avoided me using a card to get what I want.........JMHO
