I have had friends go to the doctor feeling great and just there for a check up and they are sick and dying 30 minutes later according to the doctor. If your not sick when you go you will be by the time you leave.................jmho

  I guess you do have a few good points but you can bet if I hear someone scream out those words they better not have anything in their hands but the Koran and nothing around his or her waist but to sash or a robe or they may get shot. That is not just my viewpoint but I hear many friends say pretty much the same thing. I don't and won't find fault with any one praising their God at all ever. I made sure I got my Last Will and Testament completed signed and notarized and I have an executor and a back up executor in case the firsts one is unable to carry out my requests. I am giving away everything I want my family members to have while I am alive and I have a Cremation bought and paid for along with the container. Since I am the owner of my own private Family Cemetery my burial will be no issue. I will be buried right next to my Oldest son as my wife is buried on the other side of him. The Cemetery is cared for by a foundation so family is not responsible for upkeep. It is a quite large Cemetery of 4.9 acres and my family all have endowments and plot numbers they have picked out in our family plot section. Upon my death the Cemetery remaining land/property will pass on to the Foundation and all remaining land and plot locations not located in family plot will become the property of the foundation. This is all in writing and is all registered with the county in which the cemetery is located. The Foundation is and will be required to up keep and maintain any and all the ground with in the cemetery for the future in return for it receiving any and all ground and or land beyond the family plot which is also in writing. I made it possible for my family members to be relieved of any and all responsibilities regarding making arrangements for my death. All decisions have been put in writing and witnessed and notarized. I have seen far to many grieving families taken advantage of by Funeral homes and directors and I didn't want my family members to have to make those choices. What if any small amount of actual money that may be left will be split equally between my daughter and my son if they are still living at the time of my death. If only 1 is alive that person will receive what ever money may be left. That is also in the writing of my Will.       Believe me when I say everyone needs to have a Last Will and Testament and you can even go one step farther as I did and I also have a complete Living Will relieving my family of making any of the hard decisions in the event of any long term illness that may fall upon me requiring hard decisions to be made. They won't be required to make them as I have made the myself.   Just extra food for thought.....................jmho     

I have no clue what those politicians are thinking when they write laws they know they can never enforce and just hope and pray the people are stupid enough to follow them. I guess they don't have anything better to do than to sit around and think of ways to piss off the people in their state.....jmho

I say with this particular criminal, since he likes blowing people up they should take him out in the middle of a big open field, strap a pound of C-4 his chest and put him in a straight jacket, Secure him to a post, plug in a detonator and put it on a 24 hour clock with a set time to explode. Just don't tell him what time it is set for and let him think long and hard about what he did before it goes off. Let the buzzards have whats left......................jmho

Those things are jokes!!!!!   It said on top   "We the people, Our voices in Washington. Don't know if this is a headline or news flash but We the People no longer have a voice in Washington. These petitions are trashed as soon as they are received because most people don't even fill them  out properly and unless you dot every i and cross every T they are thrown out. When filling out most of them yo have to give them your entire life history and I think they already have enough of my history without volunteering them any more.............jmho

The politicians are under the impression that signs stop bullets. I think all elected officials should be required to wear a sign on their backs like this one. In all honesty I don't think any one of them knows exactly what the law is they are voting on and have no clue how to vote. There are so many people adding little pieces of pork fat here and there that by the time this makes it to the floor a bill that began as maybe have been 5 pages is going to end up with 200 pages and it still will not do anything positive about protecting anyone. As far as gangs in Memphis. Gangs in Nashville control the parks and that is true in about any large town or city. That is where they do most of their drug business and you can bet every one of them is packing a gun.............jmho   How many times have you heard on the news or read on line where a shoot out took place in a city park over a drug deal gone bad. It happens all the time in Chicago. Just about every night. Most times the only people hurt are the innocent ones with kids on the play grounds. They want us to go to the parks with our children but not be able to protect them. Sorry folks NOT ME. Don't need to go to a park that bad...........jmho

I would hate to see him die so young but then I look back at all the press time Michael Jackson got both alive and dead and it makes me wonder sometimes about the younger generation and what they are thinking. They get lucky and become a big hit and it destroys them in most cases. I look back to the days when I was young and I don't guess things have changed all that much. Our teenage idols did pretty much the same things. Elvis, James Dean, Sal Mineo, Jan & Dean, The Beach Boys and many others lost members or family from stupidity also................jmho

  You don't have to associate with them to know them. They could be your neighbor or a person you work with. Tom didn't associate with his neighbors. He was a former LEO detective back in his younger years and that was what enabled him to even begin to put a case together. He still thought like a LEO from his past education.

  Tom didn't want it but he requested that it be given to the dead officers wife and new born child and they didn't get it either. I think if they don't plan on giving the rewards they should not offer them but just ask for the help from the public and leave it at that............jmho   As far as the reward for Bin Laden, in all reality it should have went to the doctor that gave them the information on how to find him but instead the doctor gets caught by the Pakistan Government and imprisoned when in all reality we should have smuggled him out of the country and put him in protective custody..........Another failure of our great administration................jmho

i have always thought that when there is refutable proof beyond any shadow of a doubt of guilt and or a confession of guilt and the said person is sentenced to death it should be carried out within 48 hours of the trial and I think all 50 states should still use the gallows and hang mans noose. The criminal should be placed in a cell where he can stare at only the gallows for his last 48 hours and be able to picture himself hanging at the end of the rope. I think anyone that wishes to attend should be allowed to. This humanity our country began using back in the early 70's and called it rehabilitation is nothing but a joke and has done nothing more than pack our prisons with dead beats because they are treated better inside than they had it on the outside. It is no longer a punishment that fits the crime but a vacation resort at taxpayer expense. Bring back chain gangs and jobs within the penal system and make the prisons self supportive once again. If the want to eat they better grow their own food and raise their own livestock for meat and milk. It they want electricity they better operate a power house that supplies their own electricity. If they want sheets for their beds and towels for their showers they better operate their own textile mills and make their own. if they want bread they better operate the grist mills that make the flour and meal to make the bread. They better have cooks and bakers that do the cooking and prepare the meals. No cable TV's and air conditioning,  no wearing of free world clothing but striped uniforms. Only the bare minimum in health care by free world doctors within the confines of the prison walls. No outside trips to free world hospitals at tax payers expense. Prisons should be prisons like they were 80 + years ago. You can bet there would not be any over crowding of people in our prison systems and people committing petty crimes to get in for medical care just to be released in a year which a lot of that is going on right now. Have mandatory sentencing for each crime  and if you go back a second time you do twice as much time as first trip automatically.   I think the test of rehabilitation has been given a good test and proven it failed miserably . Time to make prisons truly prisons again......................jmho
