If you give any school board an inch they will take 100 miles to prove a point. I hope the young man gets a jury trial and a great lawyer and is able to walk away from this whole ordeal with no record and the school system is taught a good lesson. ..................jmho

  yea and when I moved down here from up north every kid that drove a pick up truck had guns hanging in gun racks in their back windows because they were going hunting after school and no one said anything or thought any more about it. In a short time I had a rack in my back window of my pick up and my rifles or shotguns hanging in mine for hunting after school.

Just another gestapo  move by a school system which is direction our education system is headed.  It might just be all faculty killed in next school shooting just to prove a point that the kids are starting to re bell against a very unfair system they are forced to attend................jmho I would much rather see done what we did when we thought the school was being unfair. We just all made a plan and all at once everyone stood up and walked out and made the school system listen to our objections to the schools operation. They had two options either listen and change or expel the entire school student body...........Most times it was a compromise but things got fixed..................jmho   

 Global Warming = biggest Ponzi scheme to date place on the people of America and America's industries. It has been gouging the pockets of Americans and American Industry for far to long. Once Al Gore could no longer scream Global Warming he gave it a new title and called it Global Change. Hell I learned about Global change back in 6th grade Science class. The has always been global change and there always will be if we parked every car and truck on earth and rode horses and bicycles for the next 100 years the earth will still change. Man has not done much of anything here on the earth itself to cause Global Changes. Now with that said note I said here on Earth in my last sentence. Now there is things being done off the earth that could very well be aiding in some changes. Things like punching how many 1000 of holes in the Earths atmosphere while exploring things and building things and sending tons and tons of junk into space just to have some of it from time to time fall back to earth. I do not believe that my jeeps tail pipe is doing the damage that the Space Shuttle did while busting in and out poking big holes in the Earths Atmosphere. They will never convince me that my jeeps tail pipe created that big hole in the Earths Ozone or my wife's can of hair spray did it or the RF12 Freon in my cars A/C unit caused it. Every time they need to blame something to cover their "BUTTS" for damage they have done we are blamed for it and we suffer for it. Honestly how many people here cares anything about that little taxpayer financed 5 million dollar rover wandering around on Mars surface that cost another 5 million to get it there paid for with taxpayer dollars???? Not counting all the peoples wages that are being paid just to read the data the mechanical rodent is sending back to earth while we have people going hungry every day in this country. I for one could get a RATS BUTT what is going on up on MARS or the MOON for that fact!!!!  I could go on but I think folks see my point so I wil get off my soap box and shut up.............jmho

After looking at the truck you may want to spend some extra time looking at under carriage. People don't put those kind of tires on a truck like that unless they are going to do some serious off roading. I had tires like that on my old Dodge Ram Charger except about two sizes bigger and also had 6 inch lift kit on it but I had it for some serious off road fun back in my younger days. Just be on safe side and look her over good before taking it home.............jmho

You also may want to look inside the truck for dirt and rust on metal parts up under the dashboard as a better indication of possible flood damage. That is what my son does when someone brings a car into his repair shop to be checked out before buying and he has found quite a few that had water up in the dash systems with  dried mud still caked on the wires up inside the dash.................jmho

Does the Tundra your looking at have the V-8 engine in it? Your looking to upgrade to a stronger truck and you already have the V-6 so make sure your looking at v-8 Tundra. Everything I have heard about the Tundra's has been positive but just get what you want because your the one that has to be happy with your decision...............jmho

I think most of it is everyone is looking for great deals and when they find one they get excited and don't do their homework and they end up out the money and nothing to show for it but a bunch of fake emails. I remembered my friend telling me that he called a number and let a message and got a phone call back. I called him and asked him for the areas code he called because these people selling the truck in the beginning show on Craigslist as being in Owensboro KY. Then the next email said that they had moved to Bluff City Montana to a new job and a new start after their son was killed and it was his truck yet the ad was only two days old. Then this lady said that Ebay had the truck stored and will deliver it when the deal is made. Ok back to the phone numbers. I checked the area code for Big Bluff Montana and it was 735. The number he called was an 805 area code which I ran and it tuned out to be in Fresno, California to leave his first message. The call he got from her in response to his message was from 632 area code which is in Texas. That told him right there is was a scam being run by disposable phones being bought all over the country. Then when he got the fake eBay paper work we printed it all off and sent it to eBay Security Department and they said they will follow up on it. The man I spoke with at eBay sounded very upset that they were using eBay in the scam. Gave them all the information we had including areas codes. I do hope they catch them but chances are they have moved on to a new sucker with new phones and new information................jmho 

So what is fair enough for the American people to have shoved down our throats is not good enough for the Wicked Witch of the West to get choked on???????? I say whats good for the goose is good for the gander and never support something that is liable to turn around and bite you in the butt!!!!! A higher power had those laws trumped before they were written. The Constitution and 2nd Amendment in the Constitution is a much higher authority when it comes to gun laws than any state or local laws and just writing slippery slope laws against it only in my mind makes the writers of the laws the real law breakers when they try to undermined the LAW OF THE LAND written 2 centuries ago by much smarter Americans.................jmho

Now we are talking about safely keeping your firearm in your car while going into a gun free zone or for any other reason. You have a passenger that also has an HCP and he is also armed but he cannot legally leave his firearm in your car along with yours locked up out of sight????????????

Well I found my buddy another truck and he is going up and get it in Bowling Green KY Wednesday evening. Got to actually talk to the seller on teh phone and meeting the guy face to face to make the buy... I and another friend are going along to watch his back in case the deal is not a deal at all but something else. We will all be armed and ready for anything that may not go as planned. Guy is in military that is selling it so we are hoping it is on the up and up and every goes as planned.

The law of carrying a weapon for the reason of going armed in Tennessee is directed at the entire populates of the state and they have provided us the option of getting an HCP so we all can be legal as long as we are not felons. The laws written in CT are directed at one class of citizens, one class of weapons and one class of magazines which makes these people criminal felons. That is why the laws are more than unconstitutional but may ever fall under the law of discrimination against a certain class of people. I know that may be a stretch but since the law makers up there didn't mind stretching I won't either.....................jmho  Now if you look at the fact that the State Police are not willing to enforce the laws written at the state level they have got to understand that the laws are unconstitutional or they would not refuse to enforce them...............jmho

A buddy of mine was getting ready to send the MoneyGram to purchase a Ford Ranger XLT and I told him to let me look into it before he sent the money.
