  1. Phone rings, woman answers.     The pervert, with heavy breathing, says, "I bet you have a tight ass with no hair?"     Woman replies, "Yes I do, he's watching hockey - who shall I say is calling?"
  2. I might watch the movie if I get a chance to see it for free but only out of respect for Ed Harris. I have enjoyed many of his movies with the Abyss I think being one of his best. I watch that movie every time it is on TV......................
  3. Done and sent...........................
  4. Sure glad to read his answer and Prayers will still be coming................
  5. I think before we look at a recall we might need to look at what choices we would have to replace him with!!!!!!!!!!...............jmho
  6. Bredensen didn't take any salary all the time he was Governor either. He made that quite clear when he was running that he would be working as Governor for the people for free and he did................... :ugh: :2cents:
  7. He's not a Leopard so of course he can change his spots according to what is needed to accomplish the goal he was seeking. I thought every politician did that. It's just like to Fork Tongue dialog and the Speaks out both sides of their mouth depending on who they are speaking to................jmho
  8. I really have not seen any proof the guy had mental issues. All I have seen from what I have read is the guy is just a bully and a smart ass that would not stand up and face a real man. I'm betting the guy was probably a bully in his younger days in school also. He has just not met that 1 right person that will give him the learning experience of his life. I hope it does happen soon after his episode with Dolo the other day.................jmho
  9. I have been trying to research what company supplied the prop guns used in this latest film since the company that had been supplying the props PARA USA has said after Taken 3 they would no longer be providing any props to any movie in which Neeson was starring in. So far i have come up blank but I will keep trying. If anyone else has found out who it is that supplied the props I hope they post the companies name here............... :2cents:
  10. I went and looked at the NRA list of celebrities and Ed Harris is not on it. Sorry that he is involved with Liam Neeson in this movie but I guess work is work in Hollywood and sometimes you have to associate with people you would rather not. At least he is trying to kill Neeson in the movie........... :ugh: :ugh:
  11. Liam Neeson's new Movie "Run All Night" gets released on the 13th and I sincerely hope that everyone who owns a gun and has heard about his thoughts about Americans and guns makes sure they Boycott this movie. He is a leech that says things against American Gun Owners and then turns right around and makes a living promoting gun violence using the very item he is suppose to be totally against. I hope and pray that the American people show him their feelings at the box office. I hate that Ed Harris may also suffer from a boycott but then I have not researched Mr. Harris to find out his views on the 2nd Amendment either................jmho
  12. I won't degrade any Walmart employees for being employed there. They are at least willing to hold a job and work for a wage everyday. They are not freeloaders sitting home waiting for the mailman to bring them all the freebees the Feds pass out. Yea, maybe it is not a prestigious position and maybe the people may not all have a college degree but by gosh they do have a job and they do show up for work and for that I commend them. In all Honesty I think Walmart should provide those employees that have been there a year or more a better pay and incentive program and be glad they have some dedicated people................jmho
  13. Believe it or not there are quite a few people from Tinsel Town that spend a lot of time at the Children's Hospitals across the country everyday. Like these two guys, they don't let the press know about it because it is for the kids and not for the publicity it may attract. I didn't know this until my daughter told me that she saw them several times at Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital during the years she worked there. Not even the employees were told when they were coming so it would not get leaked...............
  14. Probably lack of sales verses the amount of investment may have caused the decision. I don't know of anyone that bought any type of so called assault weapon from a Walmart............jmho
  15. I have known and still know a few men with Dementia and I have never seen any of them be bullish or belligerent towards another person. In most cases they are more of a quiet nature. Someone like the guy that approached Dolo is the kind of guy that probably beats up on his wife and would never stand up to anyone that might make his a$$ a neck tie!............jmho
  16. Thanks for that information. I think my Grandmother had a very interesting life and I was wanting to find out a lot more about her and her side of my family. I have no clue where to begin but don't want to get scammed by some web site either. Thanks again...
  17. I heard a friend say that they had gone up in price. If so is that just on new permits or renewals also?
  18. I can have some next time I go visit my son I will take some pictures of it. Last time down I went through his safe and cleaned and oiled what few guns i had in there and next time I go down I need to get my Charles Hawkins Muzzle loader out and bring it home. I have a guy that wants to buy it just to hang over his fireplace and I have not fired it in 20+ years so that will be another safe queen gone.............
  19. Thanks. I don't have any old relatives to call as I am becoming that part of the family who folks call about our family tree and in all honesty I don't know that much about it. I was wondering about the nickle and dime stuff mostly. Sites like that have been know to nickle and dime folks into the poor house once they get their claws into them. I will pass on it...................
  20. Has anyone ever try this site out and if so I would like to hear opinions, pro's and con's about it?............
  21. I still have my favorite deer rifle I hunted deer with back in the 60's when we first moved to Tennessee and my folks inherited the Ranch in Cheatham county. 2000 acres with about 800 acres of timber. The only thing separating our property from the Cheatham County Game Reserve was an old rusty barbwire fence. A friend of my grandfathers came by and ask if he and his two sons would still be allowed to hunt the ranch with my family now owning the Ranch. My father spoke up and said nothing would change and yes they could hunt. The man walked out to his truck and he brought back in a 7MM Mauser that had been beautiful sporterized with a 4x12 Leupold scope and a box of ammo. He asked me if I owned a deer rifle and I said not yet and he handed me the gun and the ammo and said you do now.. That gun is still in my sons safe. I bagged a lot of deer with that gun and people can talk about many different long gun rifles and their bolt actions and I have owned several other guns and yea, I killed deer with them but I have yet to find one that can top that 7MM Mauser bolt action for smoothness................jmho
  22. Don't beat yourself up over a bad day on the clay range with a new to you shotgun. It happens to the best of shotty shooters with new guns and birds moving at 90 feet a second for first 4 seconds out of the trap house. Practice will make things all better............  Nice Gun for sure and it will come to you with a little practice............ :usa:
  23. I use to make Jerky back years ago and i actually had folks wanting to buy mine. There are many recipes out there for the marinades folks use and most of them are similar. I only had one secret ingredient that I never saw in anyone else's  and since I don't make it any more I guess I will share it.   I would make up the marinade with all the spices, many of them listed above.  3 bottles of Dales Marinade (This product has Soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and a few other ingredients included)  small amount of ground dried cayenne pepper Tabasco Sauce Paprika Combine all in bowl and put in fridge stirring ever so often letting set over night. The following day I would add the secret ingredient. About 1/2 bottle of Oil Italian Salad Dressing and let it set in fridge stirring a couple times while preparing the meat slices. I would put all the meat in the marinade making sure each piece got covered and soak over night. I had 2  ten drawer dehydrators and I would make a bunch of it, actually dedicating a weekend to it. Anyone that tried a piece of it wanted to buy some. I never sold any but did take donations to cover cost of materials so I could make more. I began having guys show up with deer meat all sliced up and wanting me to do deer meat. Because I could not use the same dehydrator for the wild game I had them buy a dehydrator and I would make their jerky for them. I passed that work down to my grandson as he got older and I think he does sell USDA inspected beef jerky from time to time and he charges the guys to do the deer jerky for his time because he slices it now. If anyone ever decides to try the Italian oil dressing don't over do the oil. If your making say a gallon or close to a gallon don't use more than about 10 ounces of oil..........................................
  24. This is a very terrible incident and a child is now dead and another ones life ruined. I like LJ would like to know what adult was so irresponsible as to leave a loaded firearm anyplace a child could gain access to it  I want to know more before passing judgement but I will say the adult/adults should not get out of this un-scaved. They are as responsible or maybe even more responsible then the child with the gun............................JMO
