Thanks for the reply. That is what I was wanting to know. I don't understand why he is even looking at one except a friend of his recommended that he would trust a revolver more than a semi auto for his work. He is an armed Security Guard at a company in Chattanooga. He was close enough to hear all that gun fire a few weeks back when those soldiers were killed and the recruiter office was shot up. He served 2 tours in Afghanistan and he said he knew the sound of the Semi Auto when it first began and thought it was an Ak47. He is now out of the Rangers and back in private life and at present time is carrying an M9 like he trained with and carried while on tour.  I have no clue why this guy is trying to talk him into a revolver................... :shrug: :shrug:

Grandson is looking to purchase a new Rossi model 851 38 revolver. My question is does anyone here have one and if so what do you think about it. Both Pros and cons............Thanks

I really think if all the freebies were to stop all at once you would see an Exodus of Biblical proportions going south or a crime rate that goes through the roof................It's time to suck it up and quit being so soft and get rid of humanitarianism and political correctness. Tell all the Tree Huggers they can hug trees in Mexico if they don't agree with the new program. We have many Americans that need to also be removed from that Government teat also. They can either take the jobs that will be opening up on big farms or they can go hungry. Most of them are drug dealers or drug addicts. Do drug testing before any Americans get any help while looking for work..............jmho

Trump is beginning to sound like a politician. He is making promises on many things he will never be able to get done if elected. You have to have a Senate and Congress that will work with you to achieve many of the goals Trump talks about what he plans on doing. back in 2008 I heard a bunch of promises from another guy and he got elected and all he has done is divide our great Country and do his best to bankrupt it. He lied about everything he said he would do.     Back when I was about 7 yrs old my grandmother would ask me what I wanted for breakfast and I always said pancakes. She would put a stack of pancakes in front of me that 3 people my age could never eat. When I was almost to full to move and half the pancakes were still on the plate she said I was like a politician and my eyes were bigger than my stomach. As I listen to Trump I think his mouth is bigger than his abilities to do what he says.Yes he does sound good about his plans  but so did the guy in the Oval office at the present time. I still would vote for him if he gets the nomination but I hope he can get 1/3 of what he promises done his first term ........jmho

I have AVG Virus and Malware Protection and have been using them for years. They have saved my computer about 7 or 8 times over the years and it does an auto scan every Monday night at 11 PM and then turns off my computer................. :up: :up:

I can answer that question of why now? Many of the punk hippie protestors that were doing the spitting and other things at the airports are now the parents and grandparents of the men and women in the theaters of battle and coming home maimed, or in drape cover coffins and they have learned what it feels like to have loved ones wounded or dead.  They have grown up with all new views now that it is them with family members in Harms Way.........jmho

This is an old story about a shooting in Reading PA. What interested me was the part about the Castle Doctrine part. I didn't know that a primarily blue state had adopted that doctrine until I read this story. I also found it interesting that the families really thought they could sue the shooter. I think a lot of the decisions that are made at the Corporate levels only effect Corporate stores. As to local franchise stores it is up to the owner of that franchise store as to whether they want to have the signs or not. I have found that in more and more locations over past several months. Many of the franchise stores that use to be posted are no longer posted. They are smart enough to realize that the signs don't stop the bad guys................jmho

It appeared that the Fox Commentators really wanted to avoid the 2nd Amendment issues if at all possible and seemed to be for the most part successful. I think you can bet that the question came up many many times in the Facebook questions but were ignored so they could asked the questions that they could target at Trump. Lets face it. Man back many years ago I shot a doe that weighed about 100 pounds with a 375 H&H and nothing from heart forward was usable except for burger. Front shoulder shot made a miss of the doe. Decided it was just to much gun for White tails and sold it to a friend of mine that was moving to Wyoming. I can just imagine what that 458 would do the a doe.............. :up: :up:

I would guess that Michelle's record is not squeaky clean. I mean look how many times she takes trip without him and many times without the girls.  I think there is one steak house in Nashville that still makes a great steak any way you order it. I just cannot afford to eat there and that is the Kobi Steak House at 24th and Elliston Place next to Centennial Park if it is still there with all the construction going on in Nashville...........jmho
