I am a Bears fan actually. Just can't bring myself to be a Titan fan but would like to see them do better than they do...... :hiding:

  I have or had quite a few somewhat liberal friends that have owned firearms long before Obama got elected. Most of them for the purpose of Hunting and we did hunt a lot together. I would say in the last 4 or 5 years they have purchased more and more hand guns and some a few black rifles. A few of them have even changed their political views and last time voted Republican. Some of them even went through the class and got HCP's   I have spoke with them recently and they said there is no way in hell this could vote for Hillary and don't really care for Trump but will vote for him if he is the guy. Most of them say they would like to see Cruz get the nod................. :shrug:

I would not say it was an off duty police office but may be. I would say it could have also have been ex military as they also would react in a similar manner as a trained officer would. I even know some people that are neither one that have been through training and a lot of practice that would react in a similar nature. Dang sure didn't take his partner long to get gone..... :bowrofl:   I'm just glad it turned out as it did............... :up: :up: mark up one for the good guys............ :cheers:

  I couldn't get 28 people in my house and be able to move. 10 makes it really crowded and if my family was to all show up including grand children I would probably have about 50+ people.   I did have a family gathering here about 5 years ago but was an outdoor affair and we cooked out and a family member provided a whole hog and we did an old fashion Pit Bar-B-Que and everyone brought something and had it not been for a few friends that loaned me about 60 folding chairs and 3 long folding tables most folks would have been sitting on the ground people. I did get a warning citation from city for my fire I had to make coals to cook the hog but they told me I would not have to put it out and could finish the cook out.   I sent hog home with everyone that came and still ended up freezing about 90lbs. Was a great time for me but won't try it again............ :up:  :up:

Thanks my friend and the same same back to you and yours. My Christmas will be fine as long as the family spends time at any ones house but mine........... :rofl:   I love my family so don't get me wrong. I just don't love to have them all at my house at the same time... :rock:  

I spoke to my son this morning about your issue. He suggested a good cleaning and repacking of the front hubs should fix your problem. He also added that with the first cold weather here that could cause the old grease to not allow the hubs to engage. He also suggested that a few times a year during even the warmer months for you ti engage your 4X4 units for about a mile to help keep them lubricated for the times when you do need them...........Hope this helps............. :up:

You can bet there are many things behind the scene of this scheme that has not been said out loud or in print and it will come out after the program is implemented. It will be another Obama lie such as "If you like your insurance you can keep your insurance."  And that ObamaCare insurance will be affordable. I have known for quit sometime what his views are on the 2nd Amendment so this video does not surprise me. I like him for his stand on it and he is not going to let the Tinsel Town Critics change his view on it. Many people in Tinsel Town won't speak out in favor of 2nd Amendment because they are afraid they won't get work but yet most of them do own guns but won't admit it in public............jmho

I have a friend in Illinois that I grew up with up there and we speak often. He and his wife were looking at moving down here up till 2 years ago when he applied for a hand gun Carry Permit and got it in less than 2 weeks. Now keeping in mind he is an FFL License holder already and has been for about 18+ years and operates out of his home. The ATF went to his home back when he applied for his FFL and after their inspection they said he would have no problem getting approved. They said that he had the best armory operation they had ever in a home operation. He has a class III level license. He owns a house with a full basement all under ground with no windows. Only 1 door at the far end of it and you us go down 12 steps to get to the floor. He has a complete climate controlled system that maintains perfect environment for firearms and powders. The far end of the basement has a Vault in it large enough to walk into. House also has a fire sprinkler system.   Last time we spoke he said that Illinois is looking at making some very serious new gun laws that will be more like laws in many other states and they have been looking at what other states are offering and building on ideas from what they see that are working in other states. He suggested to his local elected officials that they take a serious look at Kentucky and Tennessee as he has been researching both states laws and they seem to be working well.   He said that the terrorist attacks and possible new ones is what has changed the minds of many legislators there I hope it all works out for him. .................jmho

I have always had the utmost respect for that young lady to be willing to stand up and tell all those legislators exactly how I feel everyday. I felt bad the first time I heard that video for her loss of her parents but very proud of her for standing up to Government Officials and standing up for the 2nd Amendment. I love he closing statement. It was totally SPOT ON!!!!!...........jmho

Like HP I voted for two reasons. First one was I grew up in a rural area and was raise hunting and fishing for the table to provide food. As I aged and and still hunted and fished I found it becoming more and more important for not only providing food but also protecting my family as the world was changing and with that I had to change also. Now I don't hunt and fish occasionally for the table which has many less mouths to feed My goal now is to protect my mutt and our lives and our food..............jmho

I didn't really care until it became a political point of view and that is when I took it kind of personal. I heard many folks say Happy Holidays as I was growing up and my replied back to them was a Merry Christmas to you also. Only when it went from a nice greeting which ever way it was said to a politically correct one that almost eliminated folks from saying Merry Christmas for fear of being considered a bigot was when I made my stand on the issue..........jmho

Well, when I grew up as a child it was a Christmas Tree that we decorated every year and everyone said Merry Christmas. That was also the way my parents grew up. That is the way my children were raised and that is the way they have raised theirs.   It seems that because a (very small minority of people) decided one day that it offended them so they pitch a fit and wal-la Political Correctness is born. Very shortly everything in our lives must be politically correct or we are some kind of bigot. so for about 5% of the 300 million Americans 240 million Americans (give or take a few million) must change or alter their beliefs so they won't be called a bigot. Well, I guess I am a bigot because they are Christmas trees and I do say Merry Christmas and Happy New Year when ever I decide to and I don't do it to be mean or vindictive. As far as the Christmas Trees go I had a long standing falling out with the manager at the local Lowes store here about 6 years ago about their sign that said in big bold letters "HOLIDAY TREES FOR SALE" I walked into the store and a clerk ask me if he could help me and I told him I was looking for a Christmas Tree. He said real of artificial and I said  real. He took me out side and pointed to the trees called Holiday Trees. I told him I didn't want a Holiday Tree, I wanted a Christmas Tree. He knew quite quickly he was in over his head so he requested a manager come and assist him. I went through the same thing with the management  and he finally told me the only Christmas Trees they have are fake and walked away with his clerk in tow. On New Years Eve I was back and there was no Holiday Trees to be found and I asked the a clerk to speak to the management. Dang if it was not the same guy. I asked him were all the Holiday Trees were at since after all New Years day was a Holiday and I wanted Holiday Tree. He just looked at me and said they were sold out and walked away. He saw me again on Easter and Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day. Finally he asked me just what my problem is and I said political correctness is my problem and companies that kiss Politically Corrects ass. He ask me for my name if I had an email and I gave him both. Somewhere on one of my old computers I have their letter stored and it is such a great email letter I am hoping to find it so I can post it. In the end I won the battle of the Christmas Trees in the Gallatin store that i know of. When the real trees went up for sale at the store the sign read. "CHRISTMAS TREES ON SALE." That year Lowes actually did sell out of live trees for the first time in about 5 years. None were thrown out. Walmart followed the next year here and employees in both stores began wishing people Merry Christmas again. Just a small victory but a victory none the less................jmho

I'm guessing that they are all in a "Rush" to get these things done while that guy is still in the Oval Office because once he is replaced by a tough ass Republican their jolly parties will be over. It may also be a sign they are not planning on the Hildebeast getting the White House...............jmho
