I think they had to wait for the right LEO to join the chase. It appeared to me that once that silver car showed up he was the guy going to take the guy down with the TIP execution. The guy with the video did have a faster car but never try to get along side the truck............jmho. I also think they should have taken the bad guy down while they were out in the country rather than wait till he got in town.......jmho

I picked up a JobSmart model at TSC that operates on 2 AAA batteries and has 3 an adjustable slide lens like a Mag Light and is incredible at 100 yards. I watch rabbits run around a neighbors back yard 3 doors down from my house with little problems. Cost was $7.95 with 2 batteries.

Last time I got a ticket it was in a small town called Watertown and it was about 3AM and I was heading to a bass tournament on Center Hill lake and the squad car was parked in a used car lot waiting for an idiot like me. I was clicking off 63 in a 35 zone. As luck would have it the LEO also liked to fish and we talked for about 10 minutes while he wrote the ticket. He said he could take me to jail for 20 over the limit but just checked the excessive speed square without putting a speed down. I signed the ticket and he let me go. When I got home that night I read the ticket and I was just going to pay it since it was a 70 mile drive to go to court one way. Then on the bottom of the ticket I see the words, "NO CHECKS". Well, I thought about it a couple days and finally decided it is all about money anyway with small towns and I saw that the fine was 55.00 for excessive speed so I wrote out a check to court clerk of Watertown and sent the check and a copy of the ticket. 8 days later my check cleared my bank and I never heard another word out of them. That was in 1988............................... :shrug:

That is what I hope he meant because his statement could be view a few different ways............... :shrug:

She is located in Springfield TN and she stopped taking on new patients about 8 or more years ago. You have to book your next appointment before you leave her office from the present visit while your there because her office stays booked 2 months in advance............... :shrug:

Because my doctor is not connected to any other medical facility and has an all female staff she thought it appropriate to put all of her employees through an extensive training course which she paid for and also paid for all of their HCP's. She knows that because her office is a free standing facility that it is also a target for some dope heads that thinks they may have drugs on the premises. She actually holds drills after hours and every employee knows what their job will be should an incident take place. I feel very safe while I am at my doctors office. We have had long talks over the years regarding this issue. She is also totally against drug companies practicing medicine without a license by being allowed to advertise on Television. She has refused to fill any prescriptions that a patient  walks into her office and requests until she has examined the patient thoroughly to be sure the drug will actually benefit that patient. She will also explain every side effect that the medication can cause to make sure the patient is aware that there are many side effects now days in medications that can be far worse then the help they might give. I see new stuff advertised every day on TV. If a person suffered from an ingrown toenail the side effects many times can cause death. That is crazy stupid. I love my doctor......................... :bowrofl:

Depending on her mental state finding her child shot and bleeding and later dying because of her stupidity might be all the punishment she needs. If she loves her children enough, just knowing what she did by being stupid may be punishment enough. With that said, it is still under investigation by DHS and believe me those people can dish out some very serious punishment. I have witnessed it first hand and it's ugly...........jmho

You never leave 4 kids in a car with a gun in a purse because most likely the kids all have seen her put the gun in her purse more than once and why does it take 2 people to go into a business to pay a bill? One should have stayed with the children. I have to agree with Caster on this one..........Very sorry for the children that were involved as this will stay with them forever.........jmho

My doctor has never ask if I own a gun because when I go to her office I am wearing one. She has a free standing office not connected to any medical facility and she has a complete female staff. She did tell me one day that everyone except her receptionist is armed. I asked her what she carried and she opened her doctors coat to give me a glance at her Kimber. She said it is none of the Governments business what her patients medical records are and she still practices Doctor/Patient Confidentiality. That is why I drive 55 miles one way to see her every 3 months for past 18 years...................... :cheers:

My essay would be a copy of the 2nd Amendment of the United States Constitution which gives me the Right to Keep and Bear Arms and no where in it does it state that I must write no essay and no where in it does it state that I must go through any class that costs 1100.00 bucks to have that right. I am quite sure this will be challenged in court very soon if it has not been already.............jmho

Here is my essay: I am granted the Right to Keep and Bear Arms by the United States Constitution 2nd Amendment. It does not say I am required to write an essay to be granted that right. It does not say that I need to pay $1,100.00 to attend a class to obtain the right to bear arms. I am not a convicted felon and am not wanted by the law for any crimes against any city, county, state or Federal authority but I am a law biding citizen. Therefore I expect that I be given my Rights as expressly written in the Constitution Bill of Rights by WE THE PEOPLE. The End..............  

Back when I worked I dealt with the public every day because I owned the auto repair business. I never had an altercation that would have escalated this far with any customer. If it began to go south I would make gestures that would take things down to another level and I don't think I ever lost a customer that left unhappy. If I did I don't remember it. Customers were to hard to come by to risk losing one over something trivial. Bite the bullet, take the loss to keep the customer.  When I began making baits for the public I have shipped baits all over the eastern U.S. and if a customer was not happy with any baits I shipped I would make them new ones and send them N/C. Many times without asking I would get another check from the customer for about half the price to cover my expenses. Keeping a customer happy is not hard if you are willing to exert a little effort...............jmho
