  1.   This is correct.   It has been the plan all along since they got so much heat from folks like us over the original Feinstein AWB.   Harry Reid took the slick route by "only allowing what would pass" so they could keep the bill moving, to later add amendments so they can add in what they really want later. The Clinton era AWB was done as an amendment. Don't think it can't happen folks. Just like a lot of you trusted or thought most of the Republican senators wouldn't vote for s649, they still did it and then lie to your face claiming to be pro-2A, pro-gun, etc. It could happen in the house just as easily. When one or two cave, the rest start following like sheep.    Feinstein stated her goal as to ban all hi-cap mags and only allow 10rds, and to ban AW's to dry up the supply of all semi-auto so called assault rifles (the same thing that happened to full auto weapons will happen to semi auto under her plan, no supply, the remaining will be very used and high priced 20 or so years from now).    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AHfOTfw4hQo     This is why I gave Corker and Alexander some heat on their FB pages for claiming to be pro-2A and A+ rated by the NRA.   Here are links to all the republicans who voted for s649       The bill so far: http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/s649/text
  2.   Just my :2cents:   The GOP is all but dead. What I said as a plan of action has nothing to do with them. We don't need those progressives RINO's anymore. We have to go out and do all this work ourselves if we want any real positive change. If folks think they can sit back and keep voting for the GOP and expect things to get fixed, they're delusional.
  3. That's what they want us current owners to think. Feinstein said herself, her agenda is "to dry up the supply of these weapons over time." Listen to her say it in this video and many others on YouTube. http://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2013/04/11/feinstein_on_assault_weapons_very_attractive_to_people_who_want_to_remedy_a_grievance.html Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Why don't one of you guys in here run against them? You'll have my vote!    :usa:
  5. These clowns need to go!
  6. I'd like to see a 3D CAD of this if possible before I commit. I like my guns to be sexy.   I assume these will be 5.56 or will there be an option for a 308?
  7.   I never said you couldn't defend your life if it was threatened. I'm just saying we should use the exact same progressive tactics the left-wing used to win back our country.   I just believe we can win back this country the same way the left took it from us. We just have to be willing to fight the long hard battle that takes a lot of work everyday. At first it will seem like a battle we can't win, but give it some years and you'll start seeing the results.   Heck, if the left-wing terrorist Bill Ayers can work his way in to being a college professor and have the political connections he has in the White House, we should have no problem infiltrating the system.   A fight like this could actually be fun if you look at it in the right perspective. Plant the seeds and watch them grow. :2cents:
  8.   So enlighten me, Dr., how does knowing if I have guns in my home help you tailor your medical care for me?
  9.     Thank you for fighting for our rights and also for taking the time to post all of this here to inform us of the details.
  10. Wait. I'm confused. It didn't pass and now we just have an amendment with a portion that could pass? I don't really understand all this as I'm not a lawyer nor a politician. or maybe it's just because it is 4am and I've had no sleep.   :surrender:
  11. The only way to win in this day and age of massive technology (surveillance, weapons, etc.) is through nonviolence, from the bottom up, education, media and politics, etc. I'm not saying you can't defend your life if threatened. I'm just saying a civil war will actually help their cause. We're just behind. They've been working hard for many years while we have been asleep. Now we're going to have to put in the same work as they did to reverse and restore this country back. You're going to have to love it to do it. You can't personalize anything. You'll have to be able to take ridicule, being called names, treated as 2nd class and even being hated. But once we start with the youth by taking the education system back (removing collectivism, Marxism, socialism, communism, etc.), we'll be graduating a new generation of conservative constitutionalists every year after the 12th year of work back in to education, media, law enforcement, government and politics. These young adults will take back the country for us. That's how the left did this and that's what it will take to win it back.
  12. Careful what you say on the internets. They would love to find a patriot who would resist to make an example out of. :fear:
  13. Most folks asking questions like this are supposed to only mark what you answer; even if they question it to be true or not. There is still a possibility that the person would mark down an assumption, but I doubt they would want to put their job on the line to do it.
  14. Flat out no would be best. Trust me, they probably have another box to check like "refused to answer" which will basically mean a yes to the folks looking at this info.
  15. Got this off another forum. Seems they're going after magazines full force!         AWB Broken down into different bills, are being voted on! http://youtu.be/PCWx-PaYpJ4
  16. They'll start with this and then move to every other drug or medication they can to revoke your 2A rights. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Done. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. So when is the next shoot?
  19. If it even looks like they will not pass this, let's get TGO members down there to protest!
  20. Wish I could have made it, too. Had to help my folks out tis weekend though.
  21. You can buy an AR57 upper to use 5.7x28mm and those top loading FN mags. The spent cases come out of the mag well. Anyone like?
  22. Thanks for the feedback!   Evidentially, they made some changes in 2013 to this pistol. Have any idea the differences or improvements they made to this model versus the outgoing?   http://www.fnhusa.com/index.php?cID=503   Mine looks exactly like the above.   Oh, came across this: http://www.fivesevenforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=57   Now to start searching for ammo!
  23. No one here owns an FN Five Seven?
  24. So all you FN Five Seven Owners, how do you like these pistols?   Positives and negatives?   I guess questions are a little late for me as I already purchased one and a couple spare 30rd mags, but I'm still curious of owners opinions on this gun who've had some time with them.
