So if this was a incorrect hunting license issue, why did they not prosecute him for that specific violation under state law instead of this ridiculous Lacey Act under federal law? Seems they were trying really hard to bring this guy down hard for a small mistake. I've heard Ted Nugent complain about being harassed.   My dad collects S&W's (I never was in to them). He's got some like this one pictured that haven't ever been shot (still NIB). lol   Anyway, I just showed him the picture of this gun and he said he has 3 sets of those grips laying around. :stare: Are we rich?  :x:

  That's what everyone on multiple forums said about other issues, like gun control in the 2nd term. They might not get it passed, but they will try anything to take in more tax dollars for redistribution. 

So much for helping the poor and middle class. Like a huge increase in federal gas taxes is going to help economic growth.
