  3. I'll add... He also told my Uncle (sent him since he lives 7 minutes away) that if you shoot the big cals like 50 BMG, you have to notify them first and get permission before you come out to shoot.
  4. Especially when guys like me are cranking off 50 BMG all day!

  10. Dyer Co. Tennessee Adopts Second Amendment Preservation Resolution   http://tennessee.tenthamendmentcenter.com/2013/07/dyer-co-tennessee-adopts-second-amendment-preservation-resolution/   DYERSBURG, Tenn. – Dyer County commissioners unanimously approved a resolution supporting the Second Amendment during its Monday night meeting. County Commissioner Dr. Brandon Dodds introduced the Second Amendment Protection resolution, and the Local Government Committee adopted it last month. The resolution calls upon the Tennessee legislature, judiciary and executive branches to “adopt and enact any and all measures necessary to reject and nullify the enforcement of any federal laws, acts, orders, rules or regulations in violation of the Constitution of the United States.” (Full text below) “I believe it is one of the most important amendments,” Dodds told the State Gazette. “I believe it is not only illegal but unenforceable whenever the federal government passes a law limiting the Second Amendment.” Local Government Committee chair Commissioner David Agee introduced the resolution to the full commission, noting that several counties had already passed similar resolutions. The Tennessee Sheriff’s Association and Dyer County Sheriff Jeff Box have both voiced support for these type of resolutions. Measures like these are a great first step. They send a strong message and encourage lawmakers at the state level to take action. But once passed, residents need to seize the momentum and turn it up a notch. Cities and counties need to back up resolutions with ordinances prohibiting any cooperation with federal agents attempting to enforce acts violating the Second Amendment. By blanketing the entire state with local governments refusing to enforce federal gun control measures, they will be rendered toothless. Judge Andrew Napolitano affirmed that such widespread noncompliance can make federal laws “nearly impossible to enforce” (video here). Quite simply, the federal government absolutely cannot enforce gun control in Tennessee without the cooperation of state and local governments. ACTION ITEMS 1. Contact your local legislators – County, City, Town – and urge them to introduce an ordinance in support of the Second Amendment. local ordinance here: http://tenthamendmentcenter.com/legislation/2nd-amendment-preservation-act/ 2. Become a local leader. If you’re dedicated to the right and keep and bear arms, we’ll provide you with the tools you need to not only act on your own, but to organize and lead others to help support these efforts. Contact us here and let us know: http://tenthamendmentcenter.com/volunteer 3. Join Second Amendment Preservation Group for Tennessee on Facebook. This groups is where grassroots activists can coordinate, task, and activate their communities to stop federal infringements. 4. Share this information widely. Please pass this along to your friends and family. Also share it with any and all grassroots groups you’re in contact with around the state. Encourage them to email this information to their members and supporters. 2nd Amendment Resolution, Dyer County, Tennessee by Tenth Amendment Center
  11. I've got a FN 5.7 and love it. Don't care if ammo is a little pricey or hard to find right now because the gun is totally worth it.

Why not do the Sig 716? I have one. I like it!
  13. It seems the law should go after the senders of this sickening porn at the very least! Why are they not investigating the senders and bring up charges?
  14. I don't see a problem with it.
  15. Lovely....
  16. I wonder if it will stop a 20/50 since it can be loaded up to 3600 fps - basically a 50 BMG bullet in a necked down 20mm Vulcan.   http://www.anzioironworks.com/Anzio-20-50.html   And then there is the 20mm Vulcan...   http://www.anzioironworks.com/MAG-FED-20MM-RIFLE.htm   I want both of these, but it'll be a while before I can save up that kind of money.

    Ruger SR 556

We fired it last Saturday. The gun runs flawlessly on M855. I really like it!   My only complaint is my eye sight and my dads is so poor that it was hard to use the iron sights on paper targets at 100 yards. We need to either upgrade them or hurry up and get a scope on this gun.
  18. Can someone please tell me what right an LEO has to turn off your camera inside your vehicle?   I've wanted a couple GoPro cams in my car in case of a traffic accident, any criminal trying something, traffic stops, etc., to keep things honest and accurate should anything happen. It would suck if they can just reach in and legally shut it off against your wishes.
  19.   No collection is complete without a 50 BMG! ;)
  20.   Have you seen what those clowns want for 150 API's now? Try $896.89 + shipping! :shake:  :koolaid:  :screwy:   http://www.freedommunitions.com/50-BMG-API-647-gr-FMJ-p/fm50f647r-b0150.htm

You guys need a wife like I have! She encourages the gun buying and bulk ammo purchases!   She has a want list of guns as big as mine!   It's great to be married to a gun nut!   :no1:
  23. I've bought 50 BMG from them and 5.56 M855. I've not got to shoot it yet, though.   Back when the SHTF, I had an order in for 480rds of 308 and after 5 weeks, they canceled it claiming they could not fill the order. Then I go to their site later to see and they had it in stock (small batch) but the price was just higher. So I got the impression they canceled my order just so they could up the price to SHTF levels and screwed me. So I've not ordered anything from them since just because of that little experience.   Edit:   Here is the email I got:
  24. You could almost write a movie script off this. Keep going, what happened next?!?!?!?!?!? Ya didn't just go in and stay in did you? White people always investigate in the horror movies, so did you? Still alive? Someone go check on him?
