All I got to say is now is the time to buy and stock up because if Trump loses 4 years from now, sure enough the next Democrat president residing over a Democrat majority congress will ban everything Obama and Clinton wanted, and probably more. So relax, buy in celebration, but don't wait until the next round of panic buying after a ban threat where prices have shot up 2x to 3x over MSRP. I'm going to keep hoarding mags, guns and ammo every chance I get. I don't want to be caught behind another assault weapons ban like the Bill Clinton era ban.

I did a little celebrating.... New AK47 mags and a couple Magpul D60 drums.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

LOL.... I've got a feeling you have at least a pallet or two.

I think an FNX 45 or FNX 45 Tactical is in my future. https://www.fnamerica.com/products/handguns/fnx-series/fnx-45/ https://www.fnamerica.com/products/handguns/fnx-series/fnx-45-tactical/

But, I will be buying some guns to celebrate this win for freedom, liberty and the preservation if 2A!
-
I happen to like the name S&W and feel the new one is a bit too corporate and bland.
-
I hate nothing more when I hear criminals have stolen firearms. 1. Because soon these will pop up in violent crimes and some murders no doubt. 2. Because it helps the lefts anti-2A statistics. And on...

Thanks for posting!

You probably already knew this, but just in case you didn't... The non-Tactical version is $699 and still has 3 15rd mags. See here: http://grabagun.com/fnh-usa-fnx-45-usg-blk-45acp-15-1-sfty.html I love the tacticool version, but if I were going to carry it, I'd get the FNX non-tactical version. That said, I love my Gen 4 G21.

The FN FNX 45 holds 15rds 45acp out of the box if you want max capacity. Parking lot law problems where I work
JohnC replied to 2000silverz28's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
I'd not show them anything. -
Thanks for the update. Now can you comment on the BATFE ruling on the grip? Any plans to dispute it in court?
-
It reads like, if you have to use two hands to bumpfire a pistol (less than 26 inches OAL) with the JT bumpfire grip, the BATFE says it is an AOW and you need to file a Form 1 with $5 for your tax stamp. That really blows my mind because I fire lots of pistols with two hands. That is really a stretch of the interpretation of the law IMHO. BATFE is getting way too far in to telling us HOW we can shoot our guns now, such as shouldering a Sig Pistol Stabilizing Brace and this JT bumpfire grip.

The Slidefire works fine for me and got it for $99.
-
It sounds like if I even bumpfire a pistol without any JT Grip (it is possible to do), that because it takes two hands, they would consider my AR/AK pistol an AOW.
-
Did you read it? Opinion?
-
Did you see this? DISCLAIMER According to the BATF, installing the JT Grip on a pistol under 26 inches will create an AOW which is illegal without proper Form 1 paperwork, and $5 tax stamp. To legally install the JT Grip on an AR 15 or AK 47 “pistol”, the overall length needs to be greater than 26 inches. Well, guess I won't know until I get out and test fire these rounds. But the Five-seveN is a pretty tight gun and the factory FNH and Federal cases are coated to help with extraction. So my fear is, with a tight chamber and the cruddy buildup of Moly, that these might not cycle well and the bullets being caked up might cause more chamber pressure. I've got my fingers crossed they are good rounds because they have been tested (clean rounds) by many YouTube reviewers in crono velocity tests, level IIIa body armor tests and wound cavity tests, for which S4M performed very good. In fact, they out-performed all the FNH and Federal factory loads available. I assume that's because FNH and Federal are under-loading these rounds to keep them from being AP out of the Five-seveN pistol. I've got some T6B coming, too. Three boxes actually.

Sorry to hear of this. My wife and I will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.
