  1. Ha! We're living in good times when you can stroll over to Walmart and grab some 50 BMG!! How long before we see them cramming a 50 BMG rifle in the rifle display case! Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro v2.2
  2. Just a little more info... https://fiber.google.com/mobile/how/ Verizon has like up to 500Mbps service last I checked. they offer way more speed for the money than comcast. Too bad they don't want to compete with comcast. http://www.verizon.com/home/fios-fastest-internet/#fastest-internet-plans Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro v2.2
  3. Comcast is about your only option unless you can talk Verizon in to bringing their FiOS here, or get Google Fiber here. https://fiber.google.com/about/ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro v2.2

  5. Yeah, I thought the MEGA stuff would get more love around here. :D
  6. Picked up the Mega Billet Ambi today! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro v2.2
  7. Yeah.... I had some of the same thoughts you guys did on this one. Probably a joke/trolling or a really ignorant individual made this site and video. Fwiw, I found it over on AR15.com.
  8. I found this on another gun forum.   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rR1PrKkksEU
  9. I just clean and lube once before I shoot a new rifle. After that, I clean it after each shoot or every other shoot if I know I'll be back out soon. Like my 50 BMG, it takes a lot of time and solvent to clean it, so if I shot Tuesday and know I'll be shooting again on the weekend, I will skip cleaning it (unless I shot tracers) until after the next shoot. Hasn't hurt any of my guns down this. Accuracy seems to remain the same.
  10. Noticed this too. Seem some ammo for a good price and was going to buy, but for one box, shipping cost made it not worth buying. I'd had to buy 4 or 5 boxes to average out the shipping to make it worth buying. This has caused me to skip buying ammo online more than a few times if I couldn't buy in bulk. 11. The "10rd magazine limit makes us safer" is a complete joke. The Virginia Tech massacre was done with a Glock 9mm with 10rd mags (according to Wikipedia) and a Walther P22, which looks like it also has 10rd capacity. Cho killed 32 people and injured 17 with those two guns and "low capacity mags." Someone needs to remind this douche governor of that fact to show him his ignorance.

Added a before and after.... Click the second picture to make it larger.
  13. Very nice build! Do some video of the first shoot, too!
  14. A lot of parents nowadays couldn't be bothered with raising their own kids. They leave that up to the state (school) and the TV via pop culture. The sad part is the small percentage that do try, have to send their kids to school with the majority who don't. Sometimes the other kids and the TV rub off on them anyway.
  15. Mega forged M4 upper came a day early! :w00t: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro v2.2
  16. How about well trained and use this Tac-Con trigger. ;)
  17. The BATF tested this trigger in all 3 positions. They also understand the function of it as it was explained in their ruling. http://tacfirecon.com/wp-content/uploads/TAC-CON-TM-ATF-Approval-Letter.pdf Obviously, they had to of pressed the trigger and held it themselves and fired it in this mode. It would be the easiest test they could do is press and hold the trigger to see how it fires. They still ruled it is functioning as a semi automatic trigger because the trigger is still performing semi-auto functionally, with the added bonus it forces your finger forward to reset it faster. Once the trigger moves forward and resets, if you don't pull the trigger rearward again, it isn't going to fire again. You still have to pull the trigger for every round, hence, why they ruled it legal.
  18. I just pre-ordered one of these for $495 and it said free (lol) shipping. If it performs as advertised, I will equip more of my AR builds with these triggers.
  19. Another update: http://app.streamsend.com/private/kfeqfyjsdf/Q2G/me4BOj8/browse/20123063

Indeed! You just can't beat'um!
  21. Long as the owners and employees keep their ignorant liberal politics out of the rest of the functioning states, I hope some of those businesses move here or to likeminded states!
  22. I've developed a love for MEGA. I have a Billet MEGA MATEN, Billet Ambi AR15 upper and lower set coming the 18th, and this MEGA forged Pistol lower with forged MEGA M4 upper coming Saturday. I darn near bought another MATEN today, but it got snapped up while I was thinking about it. Refreshed the page and it was gone. lol

Not as easy as with the regular rifle buttstock. I've had both versions. The safety and the button to pump it is easier to use on the regular buttstock versus this tacti-cool stock. This gun came like this. I just took the standard grip off for a Hogue because it feels more comfy.
  24. Some of the stuff came in today.... Mega Pistol Lower (thanks D&T) Federal 5.7x28 (200 rounds) Hogue AR15 grips (thanks D&T) CMMG lower parts kit (thanks D&T) My forged Mega M4 upper for the pistol lower should be here saturday afternoon. The Mega Billet Ambi upper and lower set will be here the 18th. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro v2.2
