  1. Well that's blown way out in to left field. No one said that and no one wants that. Where do you stand on the issues discussed herein?
  2. What right is more valuable to you guys? The second amendment and being able to defend your life, or his property rights via his parking lot rules that disarms law abiding citizens with HCP's?
  3. Finally got it yesterday via FedEx! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro v2.2
  4. Number one, I don't work for you and I wouldn't. I'm in the process of trying to start up a business myself and if I am successful, I would allow guns in my employees locked vehicles in my parking lot. I would not want them to have to leave their CCW at home and possibly become a victim in their stops between work and home because of such an ignorant policy as you have. Yes there is a happy medium currently. We already have a parking lot bill and it allows us to store our weapons in our locked personal vehicles. We just need to fix it so that employers can't punish employees with legally owned and permitted CCW in their locked vehicles. You shouldn't have the authority to extend your property rights to folks front door, case closed. If
  5. I don't see an issue at all with someone having their gun in their car in your parking lot. Because like I said, if you get to dictate what you want in their car (their private property), you effectively extend your rights to the front door of his or her home. The happy medium is you allow them to keep their gun in their car (in their locked privately owned property) and they keep the gun out of your building. It's not on their person, so it should not bother you at all. At least that's where we're at today and I'm glad we made that much progress. Another honest thought is this. I feel I should be able to be armed everywhere I go because being able to defend my life against the threat of deadly force is more important than your property rights. Cops do it every day and you can't say ####, so I'd like the same for citizens in the end. :)
  6. Nailed it^ Why? Because if you restrict our rights to have our gun in our private property (our vehicle), you effectively extend your property rights to our front door, the road we travel, etc. To that I say screw you and your silly parking lot aka business rules. And really, I don't know why you people feel so threatened by a TN HCP holder leaving his or her gun in their car in your precious parking lot.
  7. I hate to be brutally honest here, but I'm for the individual and his constitutional rights, not your silly business rules that restrict those rights. What are you so worried about that you don't want individuals with a TN HCP to be able to carry on your property anyway? You're surrounded by us everywhere else you go where carry is not restricted.
  8. Hey guys, even if you think legislation like this will never pass or that it might seem like a waste of time, you need to reconsider. The more time we spend pushing for what we want and getting any small victories along the way, the better. Why? Small victories accumulate to larger ones. Also, the more we keep these politicians busy voting on our issues, the less they have time to spend on the left-wing's issues. You need to see things the "progressive" way much like the strategy of the left-wing.
  9. I'm looking in to this pcdrcui.exe and I'm not sure of that is crashing or it is logging the crashes at this point. But I just uninstalled it.
  10. A lot of times I started the PC in the AM when the living room is like 68F and it immediately crashed, so not over heating. Fans run, too.
  11. I removed the old AMD Radeon 5770 from my Dell XPS Studio Win7 Pro Desktop and put in a almost new AMD Radeon 7700 out of my Dell XPS Win8.1 Pro desktop because I figured the new AMD Radeon R9 270X would take better advantage of the newer faster Dell XPS Win 8.1 pro desktop. I made sure to completely uninstall the old video card driver and all related crap and reinstall it from the AMD website. Anyway, still having issues. I've not seen a blue screen again, but I have experienced crashes that windows automatically restart on and sometimes it freezes up. So I'm sure this isn't a failing video car problem now. So I went digging in the Win7 error logs and found a crap load of Windows Error Reports and Application Error reports. I kept seeing pcdrcui.exe for the one of the app errors. I tried a fix and got a common.dll is missing. So I read more on that issue and found I could run a cmd [sfc /scannow] that automatically fixes these type of errors, but it found none. So I'm confused at this point what the heck could be going on with this PC. Anymore ideas?
  12. Keep the Mega pr0n coming, all! I want to see more Mega builds!
  13. I see that is far more difficult than expanding HCP rights-wise. We can progressively maximize HCP right and then move toward constitutional carry, though. But even with that, I still want to have a permit so I can carry in other states, etc.
  14. You can't go by that number. I've been pro-Carry, but I've only had my carry permit maybe 3 months. My sister is pro-carry, but she doesn't even own a gun; she doesn't need once since she is always with an armed family member. Anyway.... Maybe you'll get the "progressive" nature of what the TFA is doing.
  15. Justices to hear Tenn case on gun ban MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — The Supreme Court is set to decide whether a Tennessee man's misdemeanor domestic assault plea should ban him from gun ownership. The high court on Wednesday will hear prosecutor's appeal in the case of James Castleman of Huntingdon. Castleman pleaded guilty to one count of misdemeanor domestic assault in 2001. He was then charged in 2009 with illegal possession of a firearm by a person convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence. A federal judge threw those charges out. Federal law bars a person convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence involving physical force or a deadly weapon from possessing a firearm. The judge said that the Tennessee misdemeanor domestic assault conviction doesn't require that physical force be used, and so the federal ban couldn't apply to Castleman. The government wants to overturn the decision. http://www.wdef.com/news/state/story/Justices-to-hear-Tenn-case-on-gun-ban/-s0shD65Q0KM8DQlC8P_gg.cspx?rss=3458
  16. This looks like a well thought out amendment to the parking lot bill. I definitely would like to see this one pass!
  17. Doubt it will pass, but I like it and would support it!
  18. I bought a new Dell desktop with Windows 8 Pro. I felt Windows 8 sucked bad, too. But after I updated to Windows 8.1, it got tolerable. I stay on the desktop and avoid the metro/apps side of Windows 8.1. Did you update to Windows 8.1 yet? http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/features#personalize=startscreen http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/meet
