  1. Cool. Thanks for the info! I need to get this done so I can finally shoot LR. That's the main reason I joined. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  2. I did the 50 BMG and over bore class, but still need to do the long range. Is it still the same requirements as a year ago? Basically a class and qualify by shooting (dialing in and hitting target) on the LR? I only got to shoot like twice last year. Just been too busy to get out and play much.
  3. Not good! This smells like what happened in Australia. Ammo has to have a "sporting purpose" so HP's are banned and now guns have to have locks which, if someone reported you have unlocked guns, they could come search your home and maybe cite a violation or confiscate. The actual punishment remains to be seen, but since the Aussies went through this, that is my guess. Now, will the Feds trying to capitalize on this to ban HP's, etc., or will just the liberal left-wing states be the only ones?
  4. Man, AWD, 707hp and it looks hot to boot. I need three jobs! Screw sleep! WANT!
  5. Is this why Hermitage had the police helicopter trolling for like 30 minutes tonight over Old Hickory Blvd and Lebanon Pike? Fwiw.... The drunks were out in FULL FORCE tonight. I went to get a lotto ticket and wished I'd stayed home. At the Speedway gas station, I pull in the only spot left where the moron parked on the line to my right. The drunk on the Harley (probably just left the biker bar "Roadside bar and Grill") gets on his Harley and starts bitching to me "man why the hell did you park so close to me? I kindly pointed out the clown who parked on the line to my right, and that he parked his big-ass Harley to the right side of a full size parking lot, yup, you guessed it, on the friggin' line. Took him 3 tries to get his bike backed out. I had to wait for him to back out just to get out of the car. Friggin' idiot! So sick of the stupid people around here. I'm ready to move to a better place.
  6. SSSSSIIIIICCCCKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is all! :hyper:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jU5HmbWkhds
  7. Ehh, tried to post with pics and it gave an error, clicked OK and reply, and then it double posted. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  8. I like these better: Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  9. Got the Colt ready. Slidefire + Tac-Con 3MR: Removed scope to lighten it up for the range test. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. So on a trust, would the fingerprints, background by CLEO and CLEO signature only have to be done once for all NFA items purchased under said trust, or every time you buy an NFA item? We need to fight this BS just like we did M855. No more regulatory power to the BATFE over 2A rights.
  11. Good idea. You can never have too many copies!
  12. I spoke too soon. I got the error today. Tapatalk needs to up their game. :/
  13. Beautiful rifle!
  14. It works fine for me, too. I suggest you guys refresh the Tapatalk app on your Mobile device to see if that resolves your issues. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. That's the plan! That Nikon makes this AR too heavy anyway.
  16. Tax-Con 3MR with Slidefire on my Colt LE6920. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I keep multiple copies and pictures of my guns, serial numbers, etc. I even take a picture of the gun with receipt and SN# visible together when I can. One place I keep the numbers and pictures is my iPhone, iPad and desktop PC's. Another is the safe. Last place is a paper copy I keep in my wallet of just the serial numbers. I save all gun and accessories receipts in a fire proof safe as well. So if someone actually gets one, which would be pretty difficult, it would be reported immediately as stolen.
  18. The lawyer fighting this case here after 7:45 minute mark... http://welikeshootingpodcast.com/093/ Takes a bit to get on topic because all the stupid joking, but some good explaining about the lawsuit in there.
  19. Rest of the junk came. Now to install the stock and trigger so we can have some fun. :D Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Trigger came in... Now to install and test it out..... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I caught the Tac-Con on sale plus a coupon code, so I got it for $302 shipped to my door. I also got the Slidefire On sale for $129, so not bad really. To me, the Slidefire is worthless without a good trigger because the gun will slide back and forth and move around too much in general to be controllable and anywhere near accurate. So IMHO, a Tac-Con 3MR or Giesle SD3G would be some of the better triggers to use with a Slidefire.
  22. Sounds good! What do you think would be a good time?
  23. I can't wait to test this out. Was it easy as the guy makes it look in the video above to shoot it fast like a MG?
  24. June 13th on Saturday sounds good to me! Let's do it! What time? :) If anyone else wants to go, let us know. We'll look for you.
  25. Because I just bought this combo and want to compare the ROF to your FA. https://youtube.com/watch?v=F1a0HWKWxF8 Trigger will be here Monday. I assume the Slidefire will be here by the end of the week, so maybe meet-up this coming weekend at Terry's for some fun and videoing?
